The trash pandas are fam. :)

WooHoo! The startled cat is back in the dumpsters again!!
Hey Mike, you’re not “chunkin punkins “ you are chunkin junkin. 🤣
That raccoon should have been in the last dumpster, he could have had some pie.😅
Loved when you said your dog likes the treadmill. We run our hunting dogs on our treadmill and they love it, even beg to get on.
This channel is a great way to relax. I can feel my stress level getting lower.
Best line ever "It's a piece of a thang" lol
Mike out there wrangling with the wildlife! Love it!

Always a great way to start the new year with Mike The Scavenger!
Mike,
For merch, you need to come out with a line of gloves for scrappers! 😁
Always good to see you Mike more good finds your way excellent
Welcome back Mike, been waiting!!!!!!
Before he passed in 2021 my husband had a large train set in our basement .It gave him something to do in the winter. His son came and took it after he passed , Im glad he has it now .
It’s nice to see our toys/ hobbies being passed on to the next generation instead of being thrown away or stripped.
So sorry for the loss of your husband! I am glad his son kept it! My late father was an avid man that would build anything for us to keep us occupied! It just wasn't us 4 boys, but also most of the boys in the neighborhood, as they all came over to see what fun thing he had made for us!
Awe dude, that bowl
Had a raccoon for a pet for 5 years ,best pet i ever had until Christmas came and he had to climb the tree and knock it over at night lol . Love your vids
Love watching... I'm addicted ❤
Love the windmill .I'd make it into a cool lamp. ❤
Finally the cat has reappeared lol my favorite sound effect.
Another good start to the year👍👏👏
I scored my brother-in-law's model train tracks recently. A tote full took me 1 hour to strip and paid me 30 bucks in brass! It's a very high copper brass. The rest of it was nickel silver stainless steel and they paid me stainless steel price. I made about 40 bucks for 1 hour of work.
To add, not many people use brass tracks anymore due to constant cleaning and having better options on the market. No one will miss those tracks if they are scrapped.
@unklejohn8575 that's basically what he said lol. They were in a damp basement and he said they were beyond cleaning. They are easy to strip while watching TV and add up. I also got a lot of the electric motor switches and they have colorful copper windings around a brass tube.
I love your conversation with the raccoon 😂.
there is never a dull moment when mike the scavenger is on the prowl. plus on the other side you are great at playing dumpster Tetris. keep them there cooky videos coming.
❤
Surprised you didn't cut the ends off that fire hose. Was hoping that you would have checked on the trash panda see if it gotten out?
You're my favorite blogger Mike! I get excited everytime you post a new video. Kudos to helping out the raccoon. 😊
Those pop up tent frames are fantastic for open patios. Wrap Christmas lights all over it for a nice romantic glow :)
Appreciate 2025 starting out strong! Looking forward to another good year with MTS and Betty! ❤
Great video nice haul there thanks for sharing Mike
Chime in on the bike... Serotta was a great bike brand, and the Ultegra group, though getting old, is still excellent. That is a great find! Have it inspected by a mechanic to see if there are no cracks or critical rust and put it up on the Bay! If it's the right size I'd even bid on it! Keep it up Mike, nice video...
Hey Mike more parts for your space ship. Happy New Year everyone from Ontario Canada.
Nice Serrotta! Ride it and fly!😊
😇thanks for the tour ,mike
Mike another great video thanks 💪🏼💪🏼
yay the cat has returned! 2:49
Those fire hoses normally have brass fittings on them.
The fire hose has brass couplings
i was going to say that also
Passin on the brassin
First thought was he passed it by because it was pyrolite. But, on second look, it’s entirely BRASS.
Those were alum. fittings, but there is a brass compression sleeve inside. alum. has the straight lugs on the side. Bass has round lugs but still the brass sleeve inside
lol,you go Mike, love all the videoes....
Thank you for bringing us along Mike❤
Hi from Australia 🇦🇺
Im in for watching 😊😊😊
Nice bikes, even if the frame is dangerous, the components have value. Great video as always
The singing scavenger. Gotta love it
Great video Mike... FYI..Next time take the Fire hose .. the coupling connectors are Heavy brass.
Came to say this ∆∆.
You had a train set, my brother and I had a slot car race track. It was attached to a large board. We would put it on the billiard table to use. Then take it off when we wanted to play pool. My dad even would go to a model store and race competitively. Fun childhood.
great vid mike love the cat sound you did we want more cat sounds thanks
A very nice haul indeed Mike always good to see a full truck
I'm surprised I never see you salvaging wood, I thought you would have a log burner, 😮, love you Mike your a great person

How about a T-Shirt showing the pups in the truck watching you scavenge !! TIMBO
Very nice Haul Mike
Thanks mike
Who wants to bet ol Mike had pie for supper?! I certainly would have!
TRAIN TRACK: looks like HO SCALE. If the track rail is brass color it is brass. If the track is silver color, it is nickel silver metal. Roger
Mike, that old fire hose in the dumpster with the dumbell, they are typically aluminum ends. And the really old ones are brass. It's worth checking it out again.
He took it, he's an experienced scraper...and becomes an experienced blogger..
Agree with @tacoman11393. The firehouse couplings are worth getting.
Mike I enjoy your videos but my wife and daughter said you sometimes spoil your videos when you sound like a little child sorry mike I told to send you this message
@@markbailey1247what have you learnt from this comment? Don’t listen to ya wife..

Holding MY breath for all that dust
That dust looked a lot like the recent fog everyone has been getting, it's not even fog, but it's been coming from the sky and it's not snow.......What are they dropping on the population of the world......Now we have bird flu from human to human......sometimes it's like reading a book.
Great job mike 😅
Just a heads up there Mike. The ends of those fire hoses are usually nice chunks of brass.
Dumpster cat and spittin' dumpster hose in the same video. Good little Wednesday.
Mike hold your breath in all those dust particles. Every time dust comes up, I'm holding my breath. You need a small fan on your cap blowing down and away from your face. I wonder about your lungs. Take care of yourself Mike, you're the best diver and we want you healthy. 🤗
Thanks for another great video Mike
Good job Mike. 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️😎😎😎
Good load Mikey😊
Nice going, Mike
good on ya for helping the raccoon. Excellent haul of scrap!!
Love the old ash tray .That would be cool in your garage .I also liked the wind mill.People paint pictures on them and hang in their houses. If you know an artist they might buy it from you. Thanks Mike .🐥
The firehose, in the vid, usually has brass ends on them. Might be worth checking out.
My Grandad said to me sternly: "Don't you ever bring one of those (alligator gar) in the boat. If you hook one, cut your line." He was serious, too. I never hooked one, or anything for that matter, but I never forgot what he said. ;)
Always entertaining!
Should have given him the pecan pie!! The racoon, I mean.
Jumpin' in! Mike, the fire hose! The ends are brass or aluminum. 14:31 The Brazos turns muddy south of Waco. There it starts going through the "Brazos Bottom" and is flanked on both shores with that red dirt so commonly found there. If there is a good period with no rain the river starts to clear up. But when there is heavy rains, it turns that ruddy red color we all know.
can't believe someone would just toss out that serotta
Mike…..this is a new vid…thank you I waited for you. Now I am happy……
thanks
Hey Mike, I just thought I would tell u that it could be a possibility that the bike was hit by a car, the rear rim looked bent & maybe cracked. so just check out the rear chain stays & seat stays to make sure the frame isn't bent if this is the case. If u wanted to u can take it to a bike shop & they can check it out with a frame alignment tool. Just wanted to tell u. But it is a very nice bike nice find.
Popping Mike - Head first into the Dumpster ! Curbside Bike - nice one ! Mike to the Rescue ! Found some Nice Stuff - always a pleasure watching You - thank You and many Cheers from Australia !
Yay Mike❤
Did you check the fire hose? Sometimes they have brass connectors.
Thanks for the ride Mike😊
Killed it tonight, You are impressive being in the dumpster with that racoon. The racoon knew the dumpster with all the scraps in it.
Woo Hoo Wednesday
Mike! You left the brass ends on the firehose?!?
Stray cats throwback. Mike the fire hose had brass ends if you can cut the hose.
