It looks like you had a great meal Ms Thyda i bet it was from the look of the food you expressed an interest in alligator meat it is much like crocodile both take the flavor of what you cook them with when i was in Australia they grilled one with bacon and it pretty much tasted that way alligator dies the same thing when i cool alligator i season it in a Ziploc bag and let it set an hour or so then grill or fry it or make a sauce or gravy to go over rice i wish you good luck happienes and health

Acá en veracruz no se acostumbra a comer cocodrilo, primero porque no tenemos un lugar adecuado para su reproducción, pero hay zonas que la consumen y dicen que es sabrosa,se acostumbra más comer car en de monte.como armadillo,venado,iguana,puercoespín.saludos como siempre luces bella.
