- Silver Samurai is Marvel Snap's newest card, and he's a really fun one! He can disrupt your opponent's win conditions while helping you establish your own, making him a double threat that steals games.

Power Estimate: This deck has its roots in Zabu Darkhawk Black Bolt decks, which are a proven and powerful archetype where Silver Samurai seems like a natural fit. This specific list sacrifices some power and consistency by cutting the Darkhawk package for a Ghost Rider package instead. It still feels capable, but a more straightforward (and boring) Darkhawk list with Silver Samurai tossed in will probably give you a better winrate.

Silver Samurai is, without a doubt, one of the cards in the whole game
True. It have a lot of synergies with low power card especially this season (x-23, daken) but, knowing it cost 6k tokens and next month caches full of good cards (alioth, mobius, Jeff) i think this card is an easy skip for many people.
It's definitely a card ever made.

Sammy isn't good in classic discard sadly. Too many conflicts with key cards.

Heres my take. Put hob goblin in the deck. You always lose hob goblin when in hand and you could also ghost rider and send it over to the opponent
So what's the difference? In this deck leader is your smallest energy card, so you always hit him.
@@tsermon the difference sending out a hob goblin instead of leader. Was that a serious question? Both hob goblin and leader have their pros and cons
Better Leader as it's 6 cost and 2 cards in one instead of just -3 on the opponent side.

@@crazyape515 the difference in favor of leader is that it's t6 play, fits in perfectly with zabu's reduced cost. Also on t6, there might be no board space on the opponents side. So idk what are you talking about. Leader is just better in every regard AND you discard him every time (because he's lowest power card in the deck)

Well I got very lucky. I pulled Silver Samurai first pull and had 3 spotlight caches. The Heart of the card God was looking out for me. I really wanted Kitty Pryde Variety. But I do have 800 gold from the daily bonus of gold from yesterday 500 gold promo.
That Kitty Pryde variant is exclusive to a spotlight cache, if you were thinking of getting her in the variants shop.

@@lhg1668 Yeah felt real bad when that happened since I wasn't paying attention. Discarding your opponents rocks and your own dark hawk. Just lose lose for an under stated card. Alternatively you could play dark hawk early but then it's open to shang and enchantress.

silver samurai will discard the darkhawk & the blackbolt will get the rocks... and if u have abs man after silver samurai it also knocks out rocks.
Ive found the best shell to use iceman, no zabu, and mostly a good cards stature blackbolt deck

22:43 I always thought it was BS that it showed the math in hand but then it plays as 0 and buffs..
before that change, it was really tough to know how much power your knull would have. and if they made it update the base, it was ruined in mr negative
If you can see the Knull power in your hand, the Leader should see it as the full power instead of 0.
Yeah that's janky that it's just 0 power while it's facedown.
The issue is when you apply this logic to other ongoing cards, like darkhawk: what if your opponent has 0 cards in deck but you have 5, the leader would "see" the 10 power then copy it but it results in a 0 power darkhawk on your side. Leader sees these ongoing cards in the same way so it makes sense to use the base power
They should change Knull so that you see the power in the card text (e.g. "Ongoing: Has the combined Power (24) of all cards destroyed this game."), but not on the card itself. That would be consistent with how all other ongoing cards work, and it makes Knull less safe from Silver Samurai.
No becauae knulls powwr comes from the ongoing effect, reveals if the ongoing hasnt been set are going to take prio over ongoing effects. Leader works as intended

A fully gold frame is kinda wild! Like how did they split all their cards? I smell whale, which is why that implementation of spending gold to upgrade cards was bad
FYI- I split 10/12 of my cards gold with gold frame before they implemented gold to upgrade cards. :)

To get the same location twice in a row, game 2 just needs to repeat ANY of game 1's locations. So getting three in a row only requires rolling a specific location once, not twice.
It's similar to why Conquest matches feel like they have more repeats. Any of a game's three locations just have to match ANY of the many prior locations to be a repeat. And more doubles means more chances for triples.
