Looks like $2400 in dealer extras, Hendricks still playing the game....Nitrogen upcharge is funny, when most of the air we breathe is nitrogen.
Refuse to pay for them or walk away...
I LOVE THE THUMBNAIL
Thank you!!!
Note the interior difference in the HVAC vents and the Canyon ha more soft touch trim around the console and dash.
Could be happy with either truck (except for price), but prefer the interior on the GMC and this one also had the $1K sunroof option. Believe the Z71 could be brought in at a lower price however if options were chosen judiciously since it's base price is $2800 lower (between these two trim levels).
The GMC also comes with a factory 2" lift installed.
Price.... Might as well go GMC !
These trucks are 6-8k cheaper on lots near me.
Your dealer is trying to scam

Absolutely ridiculous what a smaller midsize truck costs.
It's ridiculous what a fullsize costs too...
@jmua8450 everything else in the world has gone up a well. It's called inflation. Home prices, gas, wages, food. Vehicle prices are supposed to be immune from this?
Keep in mind that today’s mid size trucks are the same as full size truck from the 90s and earlier. Cost on every vehicle platform is insane anymore… I bought a fully loaded S10 (minus 4wheel drive) in 97 for less than $18k and a fully loaded 02 Firebird Formula with the Firehawk pkg for $30k. In 02 a loaded Vett was around $60k now you’re in the $80-100k+ territory and a Silverado is $70k-$100k fully loaded. They’re starting to offer some incentives as the market has soured but they’re still using tactics learned during supply Covid shortages only now it’s just scumbag greed. Hendricks is among the worst but where they really like to shaft the consumer is in service as it’s the bread and butter of dealerships but GM as all other manufacturers know this. That’s why now it’s become common your warranty requires you service your vehicle there for regular service or void your warranty. Some manufacturers like Acura go so far as to leave out info when buying like every 9k-15k miles you’re required to have the diff, trans, and brake fluids changed for a mere $1500 or void your service contract. Leasing has become far more attractive vs buying too considering the repair costs once out of warranty.
