Correct me if I'm wrong. Just want to make it clear:
1) The Normal Release Procedure which starts at 1:50 in this video is "OFF-LOAD RELEASE"?
2) The Emergency Release Procedure at 3:05 is "ON-LOAD RELEASE"?
Does all conventional davit-launched lifeboats have both On-load and Off-load release?
