    I like this bc Spanish is so next to portuguese, so many words are the same in portuguese, it seems too easy to learn
    Im brazilian, but im watching videos in english teaching spanish, that way i can focus on 2 languages

    • @LearnSpanishWorld
      @LearnSpanishWorld  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Obrigado! Sim! você está certo Many linguistics and scholars regard Spanish and Portuguese as dialects of the same language. I know this can be argued. However, you're right both languages are extremely close and share more than 90% of vocabulary and syntax. Muito legal! 😊

    Can u please give me an adjective that starts with y I actually need it for an assignment that is due tonight at 11:59 PM

    • @LearnSpanishWorld
      @LearnSpanishWorld  10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Sure! In Spanish, there aren’t many adjectives that start with "Y," but one you can use is "yermo/a," which means barren or deserted. It’s not super common, but you might hear it when talking about empty or uninhabited places. I hope that helps 😊

    What does mas horrible means ?
    Most horrible ?

    • @LearnSpanishWorld
      @LearnSpanishWorld  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It can be translated as Most horrible, but the literal translation is "more horrible". It is virtually impossible to translate a language in a literal, word by word basis. There are expressions, word order, syntax that may not make sense in one language, but sound perfect in the other and vice versa. The translation offered here, may not be a word by word translation, but it's the closest translation which can convey the same meaningful idea or meaning.
