Is that the trick that does this pumping effect on guitars & bass when the kick is 'active' ? Found it distracting at first but eventually it grew on me.

I think we need to create a sub genre called Nihilism-core or something linked to you which has that distinct sound of HEAVILY used side-chaining and synths. Amazing work as always!!

There is literally nothing else out there like it, the ambience you use is so surreal and huge if that makes sense, and that with the absolutely crushing rhythm and bass and distortion just creates an unparalleled duality of emotions that really pulls my mind to unique places. Often times find myself listening to this while looking at a beautiful sunset or the stars in the sky, its just awe inspiring. Love it and im hyped for the new album your working on

Or just a whole game about walking through these enormous, almost Lovecraftian environments with this type of music in the background. I don't know know what it is, but the song Liminal makes me think of the game Cry of Fear. Idk if you ever played it, but the song really encapsulates both the dread but also the kick-assedness of the game. Love this!
