I'm a firm believer if someone can't be a good ethical, moral and compassionate without religion, there's a much bigger problem than church isn't going to fix.
Never seen a set up like this. Rather smart configuration. Usually a boot is used from duct to register. Great video!!!

I have a floor return that takes two filters. I’m looking how to put in new filters? I’m thinking both at an angle? So the bottoms touch? They’re 14x14x1. I didn’t see how they were when they were pulled out?

If not now, then when?!... 💓🙏🏼💓 Second, and why I searched for and found your video, we have an old mobile home, 1996. We just moved in a few months ago. Low and behold we discovered mice and rat's in the duct system. We have little one's and I need to clean it out before someone gets sick or they do damage. Do you have any advice on how to clean out the ducts with our rodent problem?
Hi Christina, If you have the same floor duct as mine does it is just a long rectangular metal tube. You can acutually stick you head down inside the floor duct and with a flashlight you can see end to end of the home through the duct. The blower will get the loose stuff out. Perhaps if there is more stuff you can see, you might even be able to reach it with you hand through the floor registers.

Super grateful ! Going to try this today. My home stays above 80 degrees. I live in texas. The ac unit wont turn off because it cant make it lower than 80s and the temp just keep going up. :(

Mobile home floor vent has sticky 3 spots on bottom of vent. Looks like stuff someone used to seal top of vent. Do you know how I can remove the 3 spots?
Hi Brenda, Hard to say on that one as I don't know what the spots are made of. You could try a variety of things: TSP, Mineral Spirits, soft scrub, acetone, goof off?
We live in a mobile home rental for 3 years now and we were told my ac company that the air return intake is under wall to wall carpet. Is this normal?
That doesn't sound possible as the wall to wall carpet would be restricting the air flow. Could the carpet be filtering the return air? Doesn't sound to efficient. When air flow is restricted you will get a lot of ice overs on the coil of the ac unit.

Actually, if you clean it all out with paint thinner, it works really well. Then just burn off the residue around the registers with a propane torch. Voila! Clean as a whistle.
