Team G has a built-in carb spacer! Always loved my Team G on my 355 SBC years ago, was a great manifold. Hear really good things about the Victor Jr's as well. Like they say, 6 of one, half dozen of the other! Hope for nothing but success for you! Peace!
Rather than going through all the BS and money of getting a different hood, wouldn't it just be faster, easier, and cheaper, to just mill the top down a little to fit the N2O plate on the manifold? I'd just toss that puppy up on the mill and badda bing, badda bip!! Golden!! I honestly don't think that mismatch is going to make a bit of difference or at least not enough to bellyache about. The heads are sucking, not getting blown, so can't see it hurting much of anything. Ran a Team G rec port intake on my oval port heads for years, never had an issue. Tried an oval port, and didn't see a bit of different on the board.

@@GJ-DT my original 265 combo made 590 with a .612 left cam. That was the out of the box heads on a 9.9:1 compression 489 with oval team g. The 265s claim a roval shape. I had the ports opened to match an actual rectangle gasket. The intake and ports were matched and it made 680 with 11:1 and 650 lift cam. I feel the 315s with similar vic Jr and slightly bigger cam is making 710 or more with open headers. The 265s out 60' the 315s so that was a trade off. Hope that helps
@@DevastationMtrsports just about nothing. I just looked at my video with the 10.06 time and it was 1.44 and 4.13 for those incrementals on a 9.9x pass last year it was 1.42 and 4.09. I have been spraying nitrous more the last year and still haven't made a 1.3x 60'. There is a chance I go back to the 315s towards the end of the year to see if more flow makes adding the same nitrous any faster.

I'm running a dart single plane and love it!
I always thought they were too tall but they may not be any taller than these.
