I have very bad bone density results (-2, -3, -4) and my doctor is insistent I start PROLIA. I would MUCH rather try the LIV, but am puzzled that there aren't growing numbers of reports about its success. Shouldn't we be hearing users raving about bone density improvement? It costs a lot, so I would love to see more RESULTS before I invest. Thank you for covering this topic!
I totally agree with you. I would love to hear some feedback from the people that have been using the machine for several years. This is the one reason I have not purchased a machine.
I have osteopenia. I have had hip surgery due to a cycling accident. Surgeon said I have good bone quality. I have also increased my spinal bone density 4.3% with exercise alone using weights. Resistance training makes a difference. I am 64 years old.
I recently broke my hip playing pickle ball. Had hip surgery and they now want me to inject myself with shots every day for 18 months to rebuild my bones. Medicine has horrible side effects. I'm 63 and have been active. I don't want to take this medicine. I want to do even better with exercise and diet. I'm told because I broke my hip I am high risk for more fractures. I don't know what to do!!
Thks so much for posting this Margaret. It gives me a better idea of how to incorporate the LIV in my daily exercise routine and why I should do so. I continue to use the weight training you have provided me with to help manage my osteopenia. With gratitude always for your continued guidance.
Hi Margaret, seeing your videos, emailed and got a quote from the company. Very happy about it. Have any of your clients used this Merodyne Liv and if so, what was their experience? Also, seen some review videos from the women based in UK. Is this machine not used or popular with osteoporosis people in the other parts of the world like USA or even Canada. Also, Dr. Rubin in this video does not sound very enthusiastic about this machine. Would really appreciate your input, It is an expensive machine so would like to make a right design. Thanks.
I own the Marodyne LIV and use it twice a day (morning and evening). I find it to be useful as a warm up before my daily exercise. I’m hoping it will slow / control my osteopenia so I can avoid the drugs. My endocrinologist thinks I should start the drug regimen immediately because I’m on tamoxifen for many more years.
@@evangelieabs $3000. I am thinking of getting one but Dr.Rubin does not sound very enthusiastic about it. Confused but at the same time being diagnosed with osteoporosis, want to do everything besides being on drugs.
Thank you for your videos on osteoporosis! Could you give a link to interview with her brother about the low intensity vibration? I didn't catch his name other than Clint.

Look up OsteoMD, I am planning on taking it, NAC, ACV. The last two work on body ph. Low ph bleeds the bones of calcium

Very helpful. Gotta run now and exercise for my first 10 minutes after I balance on one foot while brushing my teeth:) Thanks!
Wonderful!

I discuss bone quality, how to measure it and how to improve with endocrinologist Dr. Janet Rubin.

What do you think about the Echolight scan, which is supposed to tell you about bone quality
Can a mini trampoline, such as a rebounder, offer the same vibration, or simulate vibration. Have you tried it. Rebounders are used for exercising.

Dr Rubin what supplements do you recommend
I agree. It’s been around 4 years. Why aren’t we hearing about great results? I just ordered it and it was $3000 not $2000. Did o get ripped off?
Fabulous blog I really enjoyed this!!!🍀Nicely presented!!!🍈
Glad you enjoyed it
What do think of low dose estrogen for osteoporosis
MY doctor said that low dose estrogen helps prevent hip fractures, I’m not sure why this isn’t being discussed more.
Estrogen after a period of time increases your risk of breat cancer

Thanks for insight.
My pleasure!
Very informative!
It would have been helpful to know about the vibration thing. What is it, and where do you get the device?
