I love my rotary cutters. I can use scissors but my hand fatigues very easily. I broke my dominant right hand & lower arm in 8 places several years ago. On another note my daughter in law got me the neatest device for my rotary cutter. It screws on to my olfa cutter and has an extension that I can move in & out to line up to add desired seam allowances I need or want. I can cut my patterns without seam allowance and do my alterations and then as I’m cutting with rotary cutter at same time add the seam allowance.

So sorry to hear about your hand. That sounds painful. This rotary seam allowance tool sounds really cool! I want to know more! 💚
