Great video it has helped me get the thing apart without breaking it. Do you know the replacement belt type?
It is a 30mm belt, I use the belts from Skullkrane animatronics
cookie spatula works great to remove the rubber from bottom in one piece!
I will try that. Anything that makes it easier.
I getting into fixing my own stuff. Question what is the size of your heat shrink your using and the size wire cutter needed to srip those wires?

I think the issue with mine is that it needs a new belt. Mine is loose. Any idea where I can get another?
I use the belt kits from Skullkrane Electronics. The kits have multiple belts and they seem to be better overall than the OEM.
