Hello! Wow thanks for sharing yore recipe and time ! Used to eat these in Kano as a child, it’s not popular at all where I am except from suya which I think northern sweets needs more widely attention! Pls How do you charge when you make it for your clients?

Girlllll…. I tried this dessert when I was about 5 years old visiting Daura Kastina but I never knew the name… but somehow I can still remember the taste and I knew it was creamy. Fast forward to today, took a break software development class and went on TH-cam and type fried powdered milk… I watched the first video and thought hmm so I’m close enough atleast I wasn’t stupid to think people fried milk. I then went a step further and typed Fried powdered milk Hausa dessert and boom you popped out. I’m glad I watched it. I’m mid 20s and I’ll be trying this. Thank you 🙏🏾

I tried this but it was scattering in the oil. I couldn't even get one single ball for a whole 350g of milk. 4 1/2 cups gone like that not to take of oil, sugar and gas
