- This is an appertiser of northern Nigeria particularly the hausas. to make this you start by making a dough with cassava flour , and shaping it into smaller balls then cooked and it is served with a saucy vegetable stir fry

2 cups dry cassava(you can use ground will give about 2 -2.5 cup)
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
