RIP GENTLE PEACE 🕊 Killed at Los Alamitos 8.17.24

DEAD AT THE RIPE OLD AGE OF TWO.
GENTLE PEACE was killed at Los Alamitos, in his 2nd “career” start.
It is obvious that something “went wrong” in the gallop out, after placing 2nd to last, and “earning” his captors $300. He appears to suffer a catastrophic injury of his right front.
Will there be a memorial service for this baby horse? Definitely not.
RIP Gentle Peace. No more humans can harm you now.
