Most of the information in this video comes from Mike Straw - a reliable source and leaker for all things football video games. His leaks in the past mostly had to do with Madden, but some of his sources have now crossed over into EA Sports College Football 25.

I like that how two stars don’t play like five stars. But I hope there’s a difference between two star gems then just two stars. Like I hope the gems play more like three stars and four stars. Can’t forget people like Ed Reed were two stars.

Nobody is talking about the helmet stickers..Ohio,Michican,FL state..seems like they are back. I hope the gradually increase as the season goes and you achieve milestones
It should be an interesting feature to watch! As you may know, helmet stickers are performance based, so what would be amazing (more of a wishlist item) is that only your studs would have their helmets full by the end of the season.
Mascot mode is a 15 minute gimmick that most people never play.

A little disappointing that college game day won’t be in the game, but as long as the game look realistic as possible, that’s all I really care about

It’s not a surprise ESPN isn’t in the game. ESPN has a NCAA broadcast deal and this isn’t an NCAA licensed game

I’m thinking you will be able to. They haven’t confirmed it yet, but the way they’re making combined bundles I’m assuming there’s going to crossover in the game. But we’ll find that out soon I’m sure!

What about if your small college are games will you be able to recruit the 5stars like in the old ncaa14
Yes, I talked about that a little bit in the video… but I think it will be a lot harder to do so. Not completely out of the realm of possibilities, especially with being able to give players NIL money… who knows. This is going to be covered so much more in depth in weeks to come.
I think in total across all NCAA games, I played a total of like 3 mascot mode games.

I want a difference between a 5-star and a 4-star... 5 v 2 difference isn't impressive
I mean those rankings are off all the time, I don’t think 5* and 4* should be a big difference, if anything I think you should be able to have sneaky good talented 4 star recruits who end up being DAWGS.

Do we know if we can save draft classes in ncaa 25 and upload them in madden franchise mode?
Not 100% confirmed yet, but I’m assuming there will be integration of that and RTG… but we’ll find out soon I’m sure!
Any word on whether we will be able to import draft classes into Madden?

I would dig Fox sports though. It’s no ESPN. But I would just rather have a big named broadcast cast rather than a generic broadcast and scoreboard
First off, love pic - huge colts fan over here if you couldn’t tell by the manning jersey.
And I agree, it’s not the end of the world, but having ESPN on there made it feel a little more authentic.
32 team league sounds like Madden but hey

Negative. I wouldn’t bet my money on it coming to this game. I don’t see why they would make a DLC for a game that gets released every year. They’re most likely adding that to future editions of the game.

@@NGFF7 yeah it’s something to do with copyright or something, like they don’t want pc modders to add players that opted out, like arch manning, just really sucks because I was so hyped for this game and I wanted it so bad, the latest trailer looked so good, but it just sucks that pc is getting treated like this again
Like ea not being so limited by ncaa or espn or in maddens case the nfl sounds like it would be more realistic in presentation and injury, was looking good to me I was going to buy it
@@deathtrooper3560 I think that’s it as well, but at the end of the day - I just don’t think it’s large enough player base. If it was, they’d let modders do their thing and try to moderate it… but right now it’s not worth it to them
@@NGFF7 yeah that’s what I’ve heard the ea people have said, but I don’t buy that, this day in age it’s not that hard to put the game on pc, like they are a multi million dollar company they definitely have the resources to do so, they did it for madden, people bought it, maybe if they put effort in and made it work on pc people would buy it

I don’t see how they could make dynasty without in it, but until it’s confirmed it’s fair to stay skeptical. My assumption is yes 100%, but don’t quote me on that.

I dont care that ESPN isnt in the game. ESPN has the worst coverage of college football, and gameday isnt as good as it was 10-15 years ago.
It not being as good is 100% on point. It’s gotten a little better with them adding Pat McAfee and Guest picks, but I agree.

That’s tough… because ESPN likes to do things their way and EA does the same. They both want control and I don’t think EA wants to give that away. I’ll be curious to see what EA decides because overall I know it would make the community more happy!

@@NGFF7 According to Mike Straw (I believe), he said that ESPN and EA had a deal on the table, but ESPN didn’t sign it in time for the deadline. I think we will have ESPN integration at some point, just not in this game (maybe, since he did say later that he couldn’t 100% confirm that ESPN branding will not be in the game)
They may update the game in the fall if espn sign another deal with EA I hope they do
Just give us the scoreboards and broadcasting that espn has but dont use the logo or name

Ea has the rights to ESPN. Why can’t they use it in this game?
The rights expired in 2020 and I do not think they renewed. Now ESPN and EA both want to have the power so EA does not want to abide by an outside entity. Maybe down the road they renew, but currently there isn’t a contract for EA Sports College Football.

Ehhh I disagree with the recruiting logic you have, it’s a video game. Yeah I want some realism but there was nothing better on 14/Revamped than taking a small school and cheesing the recruiting to have the number 1 recruiting class with six 5 starts and ten 4 stars.
That’s fair. I am sure there’s going to be a way to adjust it. In Madden, you can change how likely teams are to accept trades and stuff - I’m sure EA CFB will have the same. Personally, I’ve always like the challenge and getting it as close to real life (cuz I no life video games 😂)
You shouldn't be able to do that by cheesing. If you're going to build your prestige over time to get to that level, that's one thing, but not while you're a 1 star or 2 star program.
