I just stumbled across this video, but I have to think after some time now, some of these will be re evaluated. For sure some are situational but man playing a new Dynasty with a young team, these composure gains are so clutch it is insane.
Composure is super important in this game, at least in Dynasty, and it seems like every content creator just ignores it. Once you start trying to pay attention to it in game you’ll realize pretty quick that it significantly impacts games
Y’all ain’t lying Road Dog and Headstrong definantly keep you in the game in the big boy stadiums when shit getting crazy and you got 3rd and long in a must win game 🏟️
Shifty with a fast receiver is godly. Started my first dynasty as OC for Sam Houston, and I won the Heisman with a receiver with over 3000 receiving yards and nearly 30 touchdowns in the first season. The dude could get by nearly everyone, would just run oit of tackles, and could make turns without slowing down a bunch. This was all on Heisman difficulty lmao
@@DirectFireDaveeven on heisman the good players are very good, in my hawaii dynasty i got my best reciver above 2k yards when i only played like 3-4 games and without those games he wouldve only had like 1k
The winning time ability makes less sense since there’s a bug in super sim where each team is scoring at the end of the half/ last 2 minutes regardless of ability of the qb.
Only ones I’d really disagree with is 360 not being S tier, especially with gold or platinum and also Quick Drop bc pass blocking is awful even if you’re using the pre play mechanics.
I just got 3700 yards and 46 tds on Heisman with a wr with 99 speed and 99 acceleration and platinum takeoff. Bruh is at the safety half a second after I hike the ball. Only 86 overall.
@lagsthegreek Yeah, back in Madden 24 I traded for this physical wide receiver in an online franchise and although he didn't have any abilities he just bodied everybody on RPOs and screen plays Of course blocks are still pretty random in NCAA 25 but it is nice to have receivers and tight ends who can hold a block for more than a second to create a big play
It can happen on any play just so you know. Assuming it’s the same in CFB as it is in Madden, an impact block occurs anytime the blocker OR defender is running faster than a jogging speed. So on stretch plays or plays like power with pulling guards, as well as if a linebacker or corner blitz’s and one of your linemen happen to block them after they’ve started to sprint. Even your fullback uses impact blocks running through the line as your halfback follows him on a dive. Though you are correct that they mostly happen during screens and returns. Moral of the story, impact blocking is most important for FB, TE, WR, and OG (if you like plays with pulling guards a lot)
@@jacobporter419 Yes and no, it takes both into account. Weight also matters, but more so when there’s a huge difference (300lb lineman vs 220lb linebacker, not when it’s a 320lb lineman vs a 290lb lineman). But really think on like a dive or something where the line is mostly just pushing forward, that’s entirely run block stats. When they’re getting out in space impact block matters more. Here’s an in depth explanation from a Madden forum when they first introduced the stat: Here is what the difference is between impact block and RBK. Impact Blocking is used in a formula with body weight and movement speed for both blockers and defenders to determine the outcomes of moving blocks, when the blocker or defender is running faster than a jog speed. Run blocking is how well the blocker engages the defense and holds their blocks when a run play is called. This combined with weight and strength are factored into a algorithm compared to BKSHD. As such, Impact Block is often far more important to be considered on WR, Pulling Guards, and FB as well as secondary and LBs as they often need to be going faster than a jog on a play. In essence, a very heavy guy, with fast speed, and high impact block should be a tank on blocks. especially for pulling guards. As for defenders, this is why someone like Mel Blount has always been as popular as he is, he’s a huge CB with very good speed.
Nah takeoff is wayyy better then c tier. I have a 94 speed wr with gold takeoff and its cheesier then Nyck Harbor, he looks the flash coming pff the line

This video was released during normal business hours...does that mean we're a full time YT streamer now?!
No it means I can schedule when it gets released 🤣

Will you do one on coaching abilities/trees?

Well impact blocking occurs during screen plays and during kickoff/punt returns
I definitely need to change that rating then because I'm in dire need of those blocks
