The leather on the door cards were wrinkled from factory! I wondered about this on my 06 SL

...wiring problems, by design, from factory. Due to materials failing from age causing electrical shorts. Ditch it quickly.

Where are you? How do uou go about getting it registered and insured. I rebuild write offs in BC and theres a pretty extensive process of safety inspections and paperwork that has to be done before it can be insured
Ontario- For me at least through my business there is no need to insure or safety the vehicle to get it registered in my name
@@Whitelinewhips oh wow, BC is very strict about rebuild. Once it's written off, it no longer has any registration so I only get a bill of sale from the auction. No registration can be done until it's deemed safe, making it pretty much worthless on the used market

@@Whitelinewhips I feel like here in CA else get hit hard with fees . The more you bid the more the fees. I’ve paid about $800 in fees then plus towing 🤦♂️
