    What do you have for forward roll offense attacks?

      honestly, i havent played with it much. I feel safer or at least more confident in advancing/ retreating in a gaurd position. You could roll into or out of range but I'm not sure if it makes sense. I'll play with it and see what makes sense

      @@MasterBrentMessmer This is Brent, and I am glad people are treating art as art. With putting in the time to do the grind, to receive the find. Art has many fine little adjustments, but minimal risk per technique, would have been like Kempo 5.0 and Self-Defense Hap Ki Do that changes through the years. Because martial science is risk adverse.

      From a Hapkido/Jujitsu/Judo perspective, I would not advise rolling towards someone with an offensive attack.
      Master Messmer has the right idea to focus all efforts on creating space and (safely) getting up as quickly as possible. All good stuff, sir!
      Those knees on gravel/concrete part, yes! 💯 People don't realize how debilitating a small rock can be under your knee. Good work on avoiding knees on the ground!
