my notes: 1. Find music, pull up knee sleeves, chalk, wrist wraps , then belt 2. Hand placement, drive bar into bottom of hand like bench 3. Push back back into the rack 4. Crank hands down as i go under, i dont look at the bar 5. Feel the bar on my rear selts just bove, wiggle feet into position 6. Extend knees breath in, push into the bar brace and unrack 7. Carefully walk out not looking at feet 8. Adjust till i feel good 9. Get my breathing right look up adnd out at one object 10. Breath n' brace hard, put the "ribs away" flex everything 11. Descend controlled, let my body hit the bottom and reverse naturally 12. Push hard force knees out 13. Stand up wait for spotters to push me in - find shoes that allow you to feel mid foot - adjust belt and stance to allow for depth to happen
