I put in commercial vinyl composite tile in a retail store so I use my torch to make the tile come up easily but after I add floor leveler or glue I need to work quickly so I can move to the next location. My question would this heat gun help cure the leveler and glue quicker than using the torch? I have all Dewalt cordless tools onsite so I never have to worry about extension cords
please elaborate on this process. is this once youve sewn the vinyl covers and put them onto the cushions and there are wrinkles in the seams/turns/corners? this would be a lovely solution to that issue!
Looks cool but seems slow when shrinking tubing. This would be good for quick fixes in the field but in the shop I will stick with my Master Appliance heat gun.

What is that connection kit you have? Looks like a pretty good quality one
its a stanley box amzn.to/36HAFUe they work pretty good. they don't clip together but they do hold a lot

It's just bad tubing, believe me. You can shrink decent stuff with a hairdryer, let alone a heatgun.
I use it to bend pvc for hvac drain lines
That’s a good one. I’ve used it to bend electrical conduit.
thought of these to replace my butane heater,,,but maybe add to the tools not replace.. Can see where haveing both woul be a plus
yeah you can never beat gas! but also handy not to have to use gas all the time
I need one of these
very handy to have
I just got it today just played with it a few minutes gets hot fast
sure does! not for drying hair! :)
@@hammerandhome I was going to use it for tattoo removal,,, 😂🤣😅😆
@@landshark6659 lol🤣
It's a sweet little heat gun
sure is, so many uses
Good review, how’s the run time on a 5ah battery, thanks
Thanks, will check
Why don't you say anything about how long you can run it on different batteries? Because I know it's terrible. Yes, I'm a Dewalt fan.
Hmm ok will be checking later for sure!
First! Keep up the great content!!
Thanks! Will do!
Little to pricey at $120. If it was more around $70 it would be a more reasonable purchase. Dewalts corded version runs $69 and has more features.
Offerup has alot in my area for $75-80
The whole idea is to go cordless
200 bucks? screw that
Amazon has it for $99 now, tool only.
