Oh my goodness I had no clue you had any relation to Bend Soap. I absolutely love their products. I love seeing their family card that comes in each order. I will be praying over their family. Also congratulations on the new baby. I just had my first miscarriage after 4 healthy babies and it has shaken me so hard. It has made news of each child so much more meaningful to me now. The joy for others softens the pain I'm currently feeling. My only hope is faith in our Lord and the peace He gives. I hope your aunt and her children can feel it to. I can't imagine the heaviness of sorrow and grief they are experiencing. May the Lord comfort them on this Earth until they go to Heaven and see their father again.

I remember when he was showing my dad his new goats at your grandpa's place during Camp Dwight many years ago. He was so excited about his next adventure. I think that was just before they built their business. Elisha was right, if you've met him you don't forget him!
Usually I don’t comment but given the most recent events I feel inclined to share with you that your episode with your aunt and uncle was so inspiring I listened to it twice. Quite like Elijah was describing the impression they made was big. It was inspiring and a testimony to what the Lord can do in a life and in a family. Since hearing the news I have been praying psalm 59:16 for your aunt and her children. Seemingly strangers in real life but I feel a desire to pray over them. How gracious of God to introduce me to them and be able to pray for their family in a time of need. Psalm 59:16 “But I will sing of your strength; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress.” Psalm 59:16 ESV
I lost a three month old daughter so I was afraid when I saw the thumbnail. She died the same week as two other relatives of my husband which was a very crazy time. I am glad for your new baby but so so sorry for your loss of your loved one and especially for his wife and kids. 😢I am praying and have seen in my own tragedy that God shows up to comfort in amazing ways that truly are beyond understanding. Yet the grief is real.

This is the second freak accident i have heard of this week involving a tree branch and killing a person instantly. Very odd indeed. Horrible to process such shock. My husband can sympathize with Elijah; I always wait until the bitter end before calling my midwives as I don't want to inconvenience them. I just had my 10th baby 9 months ago and we barely made it to the hospital. My poor husband thought he was going to have to deliver our daughter on the side of the rd. We will be sure to try and call sooner next time if the LORD decides to bless us again! :) PS: I had the exact same thing happen with my last birth. My baby girl had her hand over her face too, and the waters were intact until she passed through the canal. Definetly felt 'different.' LOL! God is sooooo good! Much Love you you all!

My sister’s birthday was July 15th.. her husband who is a Dr and was going to be with me as I delivered our first daughter.. passed away on July 15th.. July 16th at 4am my labor started and I delivered our daughter on July 17th.. It was a lot.. good and sad. He had kids and grandkids.. he wasn’t “old”.. 50’s.. A month later my step dad passed away unexpectedly.

I started pushing my fourth without water breaking and didn’t know WHAT was going on. She was born in the sac! That went viral. 🤯 I showed her the video the other day (she’s five now) and her reaction was priceless. 😮
3 of my babies have been born partially en caul (in the sac). It always breaks on the 2nd push, after the head comes out. It's kinda fun and I prefer it to having my water broken.
Psalm 31:14-15 But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God. My times are in thy hand: I do think the Lord gives and takes away. We can’t know each situation though, until Heaven.

I'm so sorry to hear about your uncle! We'll be praying for the family. It's always the 3rd, 6th, and 9th babies are a curveball. I don't know the science behind it, but midwives say it's the labors divisible by 3 are different than what the mama usually experiences.
When I saw the thumbnail I was afraid your baby passed because of the sad faces. I almost didn't wanna watch because it may have been too traumatizeing. But I thought whatever it was I need to listen and pray for you both. I randomly found this podcast in 2023 and it has been so transformative for my mindset and life. I will have your Uncle in my prayers as well as the precious life of your baby.
