Hello. We're neighbours of you're in nearby Brixham. Built ourselves a wood fired oven over this past year and love your channel! Thank you so much for the regular videos.
Hi Lee, great to hear from you and hope you're enjoying cooking on your new oven. So glad you like what we're doing. You can definitely cook this with some gurnard - easy to get in Brixham! Best wishes, David and Holly
I made this again tonight, but because it was 100 F and muggy today, I prepared it on the stovetop. I had leftover whitefish from last night and rolled that in the ras el hanout and briefly heated it on top of the salsa. Served with sliced avocado on top. Delicious - makes an excellent fish taco! Thanks again for the recipe.
Hi Sean - many thanks for your comment and we're delighted you are enjoying our videos. Many thanks for spreading the word! Best wishes, David and Holly
Another success! Used halibut because it was on sale, but still expensive, so watched it carefully. It was perfect! And the salsa was good as well. Thanks for the great recipes and instruction.
That looks incredible David. Wood-fired Salsa was a dish I made once, completely by accident, I just happened to have some peppers and tomatoes lying around. It's to die for. Probably the thing I love to cook the most in my oven.
thanks so much - such a great way of adding extra flavour to a salsa. Sometimes we roast a tray of peppers and onions until charred and then make them into a salsa; love it! Best wishes and hope all well, David
