Thanks for another great Reaper lesson, Kenny. Been lovin the customization abilities of Reaper to program my MIDI controlled laser synth onto production timeline. Now, I have Laserium in my living room. Could never achieve it w/o your step-by step instructional videos. 😎
Thanks for these tutorials. I'm used to using FL Studio and I've made the switch to Reaper mainly because my plugins and VSTs run much more stable in it for some reason. I'm trying to to click and drag midi notes in the piano roll, but for some reason it won't let me drag infinite notes like I can in FL Studio. I know there must be a way to do this, but I just can't figure it out. The reason I'm doing this is because I do ambient music where there are no beats, and no time signatures. Every time I try to click and drag notes, it seems to split them up on every beat or measure. How can I fix this? Thanks.
Thank you Kenny! As a lifelong PT user who is transitioning to Reaper, you are my Yoda. ;)
MIDI was when I first recognized the need/value of customizing toolbars. Thanks for the great tutorial!
This is really good and comes at a very appropriate time for me - many thanks for this (and ALL the other help & guidance) - cheers Kenny 🏴

Left click and drag the edge of the note? That's the default behavior.
Really useful.
