How about just running gear all around?! I feel like there are so many of these bodybuilding, weight lifting brands but I don’t necessarily see as many as start up running brands. That would an awesome move!
Do a mobility/stretching/therapy video! My body is wearing on me based on my workouts and I think it would be super valuable to see how you take care of your body.
Been watching this dude’s channel since the beginning. He makes me feel like a total bum right now during this Quarantine but I’m glad ur channel is booming now from a fellow Vet. I’ve always hated running but this channel is inspiring.
You help me stay motivated. I'm following your lead but in smaller form. Lifting weights, training for 5k, and getting my tax prep business of the ground. Thanks for the inspiration.
I love running right before the sun rises and I am so focus on things in my mind that it always surprises me going from darkish to light...really makes you appreciate those little things in life.
100% agree on early morning runs, it's so calming to see the sun come up and all the color. I hated getting up early for work, but getting up an extra hour early to run makes it something to look forward to!
Love how no one is out running but you . That just shows you , do the things most wont do and you are already winning 🏆 great running motivation as usual! 🏃🏻♀️ run more , complain less 💪🏻 start today !! Get sum !!
Sorry to hear that your races keep getting canceled brother. Luckily I ran the 2020 LA marathon, and a trail race in Butte Meadows. Other races have been canceled and I’ve done virtual races. But it was truly an honor to do my two favorite races this year. I’m very lucky! You will reach your goals without a doubt! Thank you for inspiring Nick! Thank you to the whole BPN team!
Dude the sunrise vibes when running!!! 100% with you in that. Last year, when I was trainning for Buenos Aires marathon, Tuesday and Friday were my fasted 5.30 am run. Always love and get psyched when the sun start shinning
Glad I found you Nick. I used to and still do from time to time watch Greg Plitt. Hit me like truck when I he passed away. You have similar work ethics and have quickly become a avid watcher.
I do the same smoothie but normally add about 1.5 cup of spinach. It disappears when you blend it and doesn't throw off the taste very much in my opinion.
Do you run without music? That’s the real skill being put on display here. Also just got my first shipment of your supplements. The whey protein in particular has great taste!
Based on how it seems you respond to hills (based on what you said in the video) if you are able maybe travel to a hilly region (like Colorado) and get some good hill training sessions in at a higher altitude. This will probably help take your training to a higher level.
Hi Nick I’m from Israel and I have to tell you that I’m addicting to your videos.. you spread a lot of inspiration. I’m wondering with all those training how many hours you are sleeping at night??
My names Jacob, I'd love to hear about your mobility work you do before you run. I'm about 20 weeks into running 4-5 times a week. I am up to running about 10-15 miles a week, and I'm starting to feel lots of discomfort in my Achilles while I run. I'm hoping some mobility work may relieve this. I want to be fit & healthy, and to do that I'm improving my 3 marjor barbell lifts, Improving my running times, and eating to lower my body fat over time. Ok I found a video called Achilles Tendinitis Mobility Exercises I'll just go ahead and implement that. Thanks for being a great example!
Congrats on the 20 consecutive weeks my man. Listen to your body and get a coach to take a look at your running form if that Achilles pain persists. I was a heavy heel striker and my hips were always so tight because of it
Hey Nick! Suggestion if you want to make your protein shake even thicker. Add 1/2 tsp of xanthan/guar gum and around 300g of ice makes it into a huge ice cream like smoothie and it’s amazing
Hi Nick! I am Francois(34-year-old from South Africa ) For the last two years, I have started to hit the gym and actually started now to train more seriously and also started to do cardio more intensely. I am turning 35 this year. Is it possible to get the beach look and build serious muscle or is it too late? I follow the ppl gym workout and go for jogs every day for 5km. I have been overweight about my whole life. You are a tremendous motivation. I even consider taking steroids because even with my strict diet it seems that I can't lose that belly fat. Any suggestions?
I remember doing these same things, and it put me in the best shape of my life, but did contribute to me needing a bilateral hip replacement. Hope you have different results.
You should check out St George in October. I have an inside scoop that says it's very unlikely to get canceled since St George has had a very mild number of COVID cases. Utah is still holding trail races (Speedgoat 50k was yesterday) and that is in line with the info I heard.
Hi Nick, Thanks for your awesome and inspiring videos. I have a question for you: You say that "the suck" is necessary to make progress in life. That's why we should "embrace the suck". However, is there also a bad kind of "suck" where you're basically treading water and sacrificing time and energy while not getting ahead and destroying your health. I'm wondering if you also have experience with the bad kind of suck. It would be great if you could address the difference between the "good suck" and the "bad suck" and how to figure out which is which. Thanks a lot and thanks for sharing your journey to greatness. Go one more!
Don’t worry about someone else’s form, if it works for them they don’t need to fix it. Just go out and run, stop worrying about heart rate, cadence, pace, etc.
With lifting and running. Wanto know if 3 days running works. Specifically doing some volume plus adding the faster pace in on those days. Aka, 3km warmup 3km pace, 3km cooldown for a workout.
Dude ur so cool 😎 fuck what the haters say, u do u, bro. Push urself to the limit, don't let peoples negativity get to u and slow u down...remember to GET IT.
I feel so motivated from videos with Austen's 🙂 sometimes I feel lazy then it changes once I'm out the door. yesterday I ran 5 miles twice in the morning and evening. theres one thing I gotta ask though: is your products safe for a person who has hypothyroidism? I was diagnosed with it since birth
Nick, if you had to recommend a training schedule to someone to get into the best shape possible, would you recommend a strength training focus with a little bit of running thrown in, or a running training focus with strength workouts mixed in like you seem to do during your marathon prep?
cardio burns more calories which will burn fat quicker alongside a calorie deficit diet, but weight training with give you strength. its very hard to do both idk how he keeps his Physique without enhancements
Damn Nick! You’re an amazing person definitely look up to you for motivation. Thank you for making the content you make it’s real and it’s helpful I feel you are one of the few who have something worth watching all the way through. Thank you and love the go one more mantra.
Just a thought, believe your first run was faster then your second competition. Your training second time was probably more geared towards what you were going to be doing which is good and bad. My thought is muscle confusion like P90x... might be better geared to incorporate other training in between your specific training. Plus huge yoga and rock wall climbing you have a 2 all in shop just need some rocks and a fall pad.
Hey nick! How do you know that the Indianapolis monumental marathon was cancelled? I’m doing the same one but I don’t see any info on the cancellation.
Does nick by any chance have a video explaining if running this much is bad for your knees? Or is it about having good form? I’m concerned. I want to run a lot but I’m not sure if the knees will like it. -11b -leg
Run slower, have form critiqued, have orthotic inserts made, get fitted for proper run shoes, eat healthy anti-inflammatory foods, supplement with turmeric.
Need to drop weight to big to heavy need to decide what you want runner or weight trainer but what to I know I’m only a 31 10k runner each to there own
“ no one grows from ease and comfort “
Pretty nervous for a interview tomorrow and I needed to hear this. Thanks you !!
Good Luck!
best of luck !
Another way of putting it, if it doesn’t challenge you. It won’t change you. Good luck. Polish the backs of your shoes. It leaves a good impression.
Well.... how'd the interview go?
I got the job !!! Thank you everyone 😭😭😭God bless
Can you guys come out with BPN running shorts???????? Also you give me motivation to run every day thanks so much!!!!!!!
How about just running gear all around?! I feel like there are so many of these bodybuilding, weight lifting brands but I don’t necessarily see as many as start up running brands. That would an awesome move!
Agree with this 100%!
@@_cohen yup, running apparel 👍

Completed a 5k run this morning, had a glass of strong greens, and now Nick blesses us with an upload 💪👏👏👏 Go one more!!!
Night runs are better 🌙...I'd suggest them! Especially on summer nights when there's a cool breeze; empty roads and side walks.
@@FGKing-gc3xn I just finished up a night run. I suck at running but the breeze feels nice when you're sweating
Love how no one is out running but you . That just shows you , do the things most wont do and you are already winning 🏆 great running motivation as usual! 🏃🏻♀️ run more , complain less 💪🏻 start today !! Get sum !!
“Embrace the suck” and “Go one more” silkies Nick make it happen! Texas Forever🤘🏼
Does he sell those shirts? Curious Canadian here.
Gabriel Leung he sells a “embrace the suck” shirt on his BPN website I’m pretty sure!
The real question here is do all runners not wear underwear? I run i. Silkies but with some wear... am i doing this all wrong???
Nick Flo most silkies have a liner in them so you don’t need to but if I wear undies it’s usually a pair of compression shorts underneath
This was a really well executed video Nick. Really appreciate the consistent and quality content.
I have the same blender and add the same amount of ingredients, except I need two days to finish it. Nick Bare is a beast.
Idk about anyone else but Nick I appreciate these sweet edits and transitions!!😂

I like that recommendation to set goals beyond what you think is possible as that requires faith.
Shoot for the stars, land on the moon. We’re with you nick!
Very inspiring especially talking about achieving your goals🦾🦾🦾🔥🔥🔥🔥
Love how Nick talks about his 7 figure monthly revenue then shows us his 10x concept on a piece of old cardboard.
Glad I found you Nick. I used to and still do from time to time watch Greg Plitt. Hit me like truck when I he passed away. You have similar work ethics and have quickly become a avid watcher.
Been following you since 2015. You’re an incredible inspiration and I’m really happy to see how far you have come, both personally and in business!
You are an inspiration! Thank you for your work!!

Agreed. I believe music messes up your pace.
Nick. You’re an inspiration to us all! Keep grinding and go one more my friend.
Anyone else been watching since the Nissan Frontier days 🙌
Solid video, great content. Interesting to watch your journey to success personally and professionally. Great job
Go the extra mile. It's never crowded. -Wayne Dyer
Great video. I needed this content today. Bought the 10x audio book.
Just had an OCS board the other day. After 8 years in the Army, 4 active and 4 reserve, lets see how I crush OCS next year.
You’ve given me the motivation to take my first steps to starting my running journey!
I knew you were 10X family! It’s a great book. Everyone should read it. Another great video and love your products. 💯💪🏼
What a great lesson thanks man
Great video. Loved the little montage when you were making the smoothie 🤙

“And just fuckin gettin it”. Well said sir
Anyone else notice Nick runs with his right arm dropped down slightly? Besides that he has pretty good form.
Have u also noticed that he runs with shorts ,shoes and a hat! 🤣

I feel like these two fellas can’t handle constructive criticism.
Ll jc91 I’m sarcastic to the guy bro to Roadrunner training projects
Just let this man run god damn 😂
Nick, I’m doing the Omaha marathon on September 20th. They have assured us it isn’t cancelled. It is a Boston marathon qualifier.
I love that this is all posibble naturally, that keeps me going!

Come up and run Des Moines marathon October 18th, hilly course in the heart of downtown Des Moines
How do you keep yourself hydrated if you run 6~7 days a week?
It's inspiring!!!

Hey nick! How do you know that the Indianapolis monumental marathon was cancelled? I’m doing the same one but I don’t see any info on the cancellation.

Can you try the new Army Combat Fitness Test ACFT?
Nick- just want to road running is good as you doing so much ..is not effecting knees ,joints????
Knee pain while running, suggestions? (Medical background or sufficient physiology and anatomy knowledge only)
Run slower, have form critiqued, have orthotic inserts made, get fitted for proper run shoes, eat healthy anti-inflammatory foods, supplement with turmeric.
You are my brother.
Turned the smoothie upside down like a Dairy Queen blizzard
Hey Nick, do you listen to any music or carry any water during your runs??
Need more flavors for your strong greens
basically shoot for the stars, aim for the moon
Need to drop weight to big to heavy need to decide what you want runner or weight trainer but what to I know I’m only a 31 10k runner each to there own
Sir it's possible to use your heart rate to monitor your paces
Nick should do a collaboration with Cameron Hanes. They should run and with with eachother
*happy Coach Greg noises*
