Okay let me make a few things clear, at the time those 2 cops were patrolling, I believe Jill was in her house the whole time, and even snuck out with Kirby and what not, I don’t think she’d be killing the police officers OUTSIDE her house. It’d be way too noticeable and yet she doesn’t give credit for killing her own mother, She didn’t say She had to kill her own mother. She said her own Mother had to die. She only killed 2 people technically Charlie did the 2 officers and Kate.

There's just no way in my humble opinion that Charlie can teleport from the stabathon to Jill's house to kirbys place then to the stabathon again all in the same time. Nor the fact that Charlie could've killed Rebecca in the hospital either because he was with gale and robbie. Jill was in the hospital with Sydney the cops and Trevor in a deleted scene. I just think plot wise it makes sense that she'd kill Rebecca "sorry about your publicist" line and the "for fuck sakes my own mother had to die" line could imply that she may have killed her own mother or Charlie killed her after she took out the 2 cops patrolling and then got picked up by kirby afterwards which would make sense! As for Jenny, notice the dialoge she gave to Trevor before she shoots him in the dick "I am not the girl you cheat on!" Hinting that she could have took out Jenny. The rest, Charlie took care of. Plot wise it makes sense because this fixes the who killed who debate for years and will be good on paper.
