She may not have gotten more kills than Jill, but she did accomplish killing Dewey, who has survived attacks from every ghostface killer since the beginning even the male killers also she managed to survive being burned alive and shot many times even if she had the bulletproof vest on. Which is enough to make her the best female killer, in my opinion.
