Replacing the interior (anti-dazzle) mirror unit on a Peugeot 307 from years 2001 to 2008. Thanks for watching. Why is it electric though? What function is that? How do you turn it on?

You press in the little button at the bottom of the mirror and it automatically darkens the glass at nighttime

Do you know any tips to buy a second hand unit making sure that lcd fluid actually gets darker when it senses lights? Mine does not get dark anymore

Hey, thank you for the video. I have a peugeot 307 2002 1.4, i want to change the inside mirror but my mirrors input is round not rectangle shape. Is it normal or where can i find that part ?
