I have only seen the chef of this channel once. Whoever he is, I salute him and his talents. To have the ability to prepare cuisines from all over the globe is not as easy as it sounds.
Yeah, getting the ingredients must be a real bear of a job. Glad I live in the USA, the Amazon service here is pretty good when you have a recipe with arcane ingredients, although the supermarkets seem to be really upping their game with "exotic" ingredients as well.
@thaisstone5192 Although most of that is true, there is nothing better to appreciate to get the food yourself (Respectfully, exception if one is incredibly handicapped). Go out to your favorite eats at a restaurant. Shop for your own food and get out for a while. Enjoy life to its fullest while you're still young.
“I thought they were potatoes but really they are delicious baby cakes.” I love it. Watching people from the other side of the world enjoy pancakes for the first time when I eat them everyday makes me more grateful.
Here in Norway, pancakes are usually eaten for dinner. They are made rather thin, and we put jam (blueberry is a classic) and/or sugar on them. Quite often, the meal starts with a soup (tomato or another vegetable is common) before the pancakes are served.
Hope everyone at TPT are keeping well! Thank you to the whole team for all the hard work that goes into making these videos! Really do appreciate this channel! :) 🥞🥞🥞

Hello from the Netherlands. It's nice to see a dish from our country for the first time! The small pancakes are called 'poffertjes' here and you can also have them with fruit and syrup. They are very popular here.
A good idea for continuing this series would be to have them try some curries from around the world. There are some very interesting ones that I've tried. Japanese Chicken Katsu Curry - Crumbed chicken, deep fried, served on rice with a nice mild and savoury curry sauce. South African Bunny Chow - Nice curry (usually lamb, beef, or chicken) served inside a half or quarter breadloaf British Chicken Tikka Masala - Similar to butter chicken. Served on rice with naan. Probably the closest to a normal curry on this list haha. Thai Green Curry - Sweet and spicy fragrant curry served on rice Malaysian Laksa - Very spicy noodle curry soup. Features lots of seafood.
Gull-sher "happy family is complete" it is so nice to see these guys trying different dishes from around the world, that they may never know existed, or ever thought they might try. They seem to like, or at least appreciate, everything.

French toast is quite a standard dish in many parts of Pakistani so it might not be on the menu any time soon. Usually bread dipped in a sweet egg mix shallow fried. Eaten on its own, no fruit, no chocolate drizzle or sugar topping
@@Guerita72yes and it’s also usually sour - not even a hint of sweet - at least in the restaurants where I’ve had it in the USA. It’s used to pick up the meat and vegetable dishes while eating.

comment for Mr. Gul Sher -- you observe at 1:28-1:30 that the syrup is provided separately so that you can choose how much you want. This is a good observation, and where I live we like this because it means we can choose to enjoy only a little bit of syrup. That way, we can enjoy the taste but still be healthy. Where I live people eat too much sugary things and get sick with diabetes, so many people here try to reduce the amount of sugar that they eat. Having the syrup "on the side" that way means we can enjoy our good taste but still be healthy. So, you make a good point as always.
Your chef has learned soooo much. 🙂 I would love the idea of a show with him and a foreign chef or someone from somewhere else showing a dish. The guys then trying the food. Include the chef. Eating injera with knife and fork is hilarious, considering how often they want to use their bare hands. Here is would be more than appropriate!
