These HGV drivers got a wage rise!

I covered a company's wage structure on the channel just over a month ago.
It turns out that their drivers have had a wage rise in the meantime so I wanted to revisit that original video.
In the original video a lot of people commented on the actual wages on offer rather than the 2 tier wage structure that I was focusing on.
I'm still focusing on the 2 tier wage structure, but now the company have upped their HGV drivers wage on the top tier of their pay structure, but does it work out any better for the drivers?
