I'm a boat owner in Chicago. This video seriously got me through the last 6 months of the pandemic. The "Sun Comes Out" piece is by far my favorite. I've watched it probably 30 times. Good stuff.
Good to see we're not the only ones in a fishing boat in squalls, lightning, waterspouts, earthquakes, etc. It's more fun when you're young like you, and indestructible. Tight lines!
I’m glad you girls made it safely I don’t know why but every time I watch your videos you’ll make me smile so nice to see sisters get along the way y’all do and you seem to be great captains keep up the great videos
I love the intelligence and approachability y'all are bringing to boating education -- it really opens to the door to inspire anyone to become a boater! Thank you for your thoughtful and engaging content, and for sharing your light-hearted fun along the way! #superwomen
I love your videos! This is my first time viewing you two. I admire your sister relationship! I am also a twin and can relate to it. Take care and be safe on the water.
I am impressed with the skills you process, enjoy the ride with you. The water is so relaxing, love being on the water. Being out in rough weather is not fun, but sometimes you have to be, You got to where you have to go safe,
Intrepid makes such nice boats, you two are lucky to own one. Excited to see the details on their 438 revolution. Thanks for the videos, always fun and informative.
You ladies are awesome I love watching your stuff making a life on the water you never have to work a day in your life great job girls I know your mom and dad are proud
I’ve watched both Ft Laud/Miami to Fl Keys transit videos now. Wow! The floodgates of memories you two have opened. Those runs were the best of times! Ty for these videos Captains. Hope to be in Marathon for lobster in September!
Made the same trip from Fort Lauderdale to Key West back in January but only made it to Gilberts (actually the Anchorage Marina across the way) on the first day. For poor weather you guys were cranking. Really enjoying your super fun videos, keep it up.
OMG how enjoyable! Rain, torrential rain…we ain’t stoppin👍. I’m 63 and my lady and I are going to go down the ICW south from, ?? S.C. area. I benefit greatly by seeing the adverse parts of boating. Keep up the good work. I’m going to look at more of y’all’s work. I’m looking for unfortunate story’s…battery, engine, electrical failure..etc. hearing those story’s will help me handle them. O, I’ve been to Gilbert’s twice. Keep up the good work.
THANK YOU for sharing this adventure!! I've been curious about it since you first told us that you'd made that rough crossing. As always, I appreciate all of the info-bombs you drop on us as well as sharing in the fun lives you lead Captain Amanda & Emily!
Y'all do some pretty cool stuff! I've run across Florida bay from Marco Island to Key West a few times. When the weather is bad, it's not so much fun. When the weather is perfect, it's stupid fun!
Awesome video! We have often wandered what has been the worst storms or weather you have been caught in. I know systems can blow up unexpectedly even with the best preparation. We would love to hear your stories.
I love this channel! It is so fun to watch, here in Pensacola our seas are pretty choppy a lot of the time so watching you guys in bad weather makes me feel like I'm not the only one in Florida getting my butt kicked by our waters LOL. Keep up the great work and laughs, quickly becoming my fav channel to watch!
I tuned into your channel 2 days ago somehow. I have to say you girls are great skippers. I shared your videos with my 15 year old daughter and 22 years son so they can learn some tips from you for their trips in our 32’ FS REGULATOR and 21’ Grady. I myself am learning from you. Keep it up!
LOVE your channel, enthusiasm, energy--great "mini-vacation" during the workday! Critique; prior to trip, showing your plot on chart as to intended waypoints, during trip in heavy weather, showing how to read storm intensity on radar, benefits of keeping/monitoring Channel 16 open on radio/hailing frequency, how to forecast trip based on shallow depths & read charts in the keys (years experience around Big Pine), comments on local flora/fauna--croc's around FL bay, iguana explosion in the keys etc. Hope you aren't offended--but these are things that IMHO would make a more interesting vid...
In aviation it's called get there itis and has proven costly to many a pilot. Be cautious, as it can jump up and bite you. I hope you guys continue to chase your dreams. I wish you great success. I think when you get older you will remember this period as one of the greatest in your lives.
Great job again. Ok, I’m 63 and y’all are younger. You two will see the day when solar/electric boats will at least 50% of the market. Have you considered exploring the solar boats out there. Thanks for the all the great videos!
I love evaluating the 43’ boats but I always look to see how much shelter it provides. Not every day is a sunshine day yet you still want to get out on the water. A good windshield attached to the roof is essential, and some side protection too. The boat driver doesn’t want to be soaked.
My grandparents lived on the east side of the ICW just north of the Oakland Park bridge - seeing you go by the Atlantic Blvd bridge brought back some good memories.
Been straight binge watching since I found y'all 2 days ago. Great content. Grew up in vero beach so very nice to see my old stomping grounds again. Keep up the great work young ladies. Tight lines.
Im from the Philippines,,I promise U will reach 1M subscriber,,just focus on fishing preparing n cooking thre fish thats it,,,always smile think positive,,,Godbless keep safe
Two words for long traveling days.Autopilot and beanbags.Love the Intrepid 327,I use to own an Intrepid 26 and loved it.I just needed something bigger to run across to abaco, the pocket, etc.I was seriously considering the 327 but instead I decided to go with a Contender 33T with twin 350s.The Contender was just a little bigger with more fishing room. But to this day,I think the Intrepid is the best 25-26 foot center console in its class.I owned a 25 contender but preferred the Intrepid 26.I never got to run a 327 so I can’t comment on its capabilities, but I do know that the 26 was a fast, economical and had excellent storage. As far as the Contender 33T ,well it’s a beast of a hull with legendary status. So I’m very happy with my choice but I would have liked to have tried out the 327 for comparison.Great channel ladies, nice boat and keep those lines tight
Loving the vids, just finished watching and smiled as the last part of your crossing was not dissimilar to our typically British weather. Keep em coming
Amazing trip! Just found your channel after buying a small 20 ft. deck boat in Lighthouse Point. Hoping to learn a lot from you both. Cheers! God speed. Fair winds ahead. 👍
Love everything you ladies do! I wish you were my Daughters, your parents must be glowing with pride! Hey can you do a video or segment on how to fold, store set up and throw a cast net?
I've just discover your channel today and watch many of your videos. Your channel is awesome, thanks for sharing. I'm from France and for my next journey in Florida i hope than i can go fishing on your boat!!
I second John Smith sentiments girls, great energy. First time on your channel and I'm an instant fan. You girls obviously have lots of boating experience. It takes courage to adventure in that type of weather. Love the channel content, keep them coming 👊✌
Another great video,, you gals are great !! Sea Center was my "go to" place for engine work...I too have a Yamaha, never had a issue with it. Yes it can get rough bay side or ocean side...Lots of thin spots, lots of rocks. Ran hard aground in a 15' Key West, tide had dropped, had to walk it out. A new boat operator in the back country needs to have a local show them the way around ....I loved the back country lots of peace & quite.....remember: in the back country, there are those who've run aground & there are those that are going to run around..
Holy molybdenum, you two are awesome! I would of definitely chickend out to go in a storm. Although I'm definitely not as skilled or experienced as you.
Hi twins 👯♀️ just found your channel and I already subscribed. Love your videos. Now let me start my homework amd watch them all . God bless you both.
OMG...you girls are so courage to do that. I know one thing...on my boat...Tahoe 2150...I've been caught in bad weather 2 times and I was taking a 💩 super scary to be out there in the ocean with bad weather. You both kept your compulsion really well. Awesome that you were always supporting each other verbally and making sure as well that your family knew of the location where you were in case of anything. Cool video. I really enjoyed it. #miamibrochannel
I enjoyed that. I noticed on your other vid you guys were hanging over the side fishing. You finally removed your sunglasses. Then I realized you were holding the camera over the side too. I was worried. Lol. When I go out, I have straps on my sunglasses and they hang around my neck when not using so they wont get lost. The other thing I noticed is it must be so totally awesome to have a twin to go where you go. Youre never alone. Have fun in the keys. I hope to get there one day. Far from Lake Butler. God speed. Show us what you catch in that trap. !!!
Girls You are so inspirational for young girls everywhere. So proud of what you both do.
Your joy is contagious!
So nice you girls spend so much time together! Creating memories that will last a lifetime!

You two are so cool and you always put in educational opportunities for the videos. I hope to be as capable as you two as skippers.
I’m glad you girls made it safely I don’t know why but every time I watch your videos you’ll make me smile so nice to see sisters get along the way y’all do and you seem to be great captains keep up the great videos

Well Done!! Mighty fine boat handling. Always a pleasure to watch someone who knows what they are doing and how to do it well!!
Thank you 😊 thanks for watching!

Great boat handling in difficult conditions. Well done.
Y'all do some pretty cool stuff! I've run across Florida bay from Marco Island to Key West a few times. When the weather is bad, it's not so much fun. When the weather is perfect, it's stupid fun!
Love how Emily has the throttles wide open ! especially thru the canals. that boat throws a nice wake.
Awesome video! We have often wandered what has been the worst storms or weather you have been caught in. I know systems can blow up unexpectedly even with the best preparation. We would love to hear your stories.
