      ************* LIES LIES LIES, MORE LIES AND MORE EXAGERATIONS AS USUAL FROM THESE SAME ASHANTIS AGAIN **************
      If you are a WESTERNER you are probably scratching your hair listening to this childish made up exaggerated story of OKOMFO ANOKYE as garbage and LYAO. I am a Ghanaian also and will not fall for this either. Tell that to a baby. The sword story is a lie, and there was no GOLDEN STOOL from the sky, it's all made up and exaggerated to mystify, that sword had been moved before, KƆMFO NOKYE was the name given to TOGBI SALI by a chief in that area around Denkyira but this man originally came from ANLOGA(V/R), his other twin brother was called TOGBI SALA, he was not even an ASHANTI man, he was an EWE herbalist, a traditional herbal doctor who moved around to heal the sick and ended up in the area now called Ashanti region, there was no Ashanti Kingdom at the time, let's get that straight. He actually met a chief called Osei Tutu who was nobody at the time in the palace of another chief where they became friends and asked him to visit him to help heal some of his people who were sick. The DENKYIRAS were the bullies at the time so the other small Akan groups joined, fought, defeated the DENKYIRAS and the so-called Ashanti Kingdom was founded.
      Thank God the FANTES stayed away from this madness called the Ashantis, they always lying to prop up their fragile and not so important made-up history, as if the world cares.

      Hopefully things will get better soon because I just returned to work and I just started two side businesses.
      Also I plan on going to Liberia(once part of the Akan empire). Just found out I have roots in Liberia and I have found a "Liberian Girl"(Michael Jackson voice)

      Yeah, in war they relied more on guns. Spears and shields were probably ceremonial.

    Nice video, but it would be nice of you put more effort into making your figures accurate. Your figure of Okomfo Anokye looks likes a stereotypical African tribal warrior. To truly respect his memory, you should draw his figure as a warrior priest that helped unified the Akan under one king, rather than just a generic tribal warrior.

    • @LionClanChief
      @LionClanChief 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It looks Zulu due to the shield in my opinion.
