I find it absolutely ridiculous how Dr. Wily was able to create a robot who could stop time. That kind of power is usually reserved for the strongest of characters or creatures, but in Megaman, nah give it to some jobber boss fight.

While this is a bit of a retcon, the guidebooks state not only that Flash Man is one of Wily’s “masterpieces”, but that Flash Man was specifically created to outdo Time Man, an atomic clock robot with time distorting powers. In other words, out of spite.

This remix is so clean, I love how it adds so much to the original and the instrumentation has this "violent" vibe to it. Its an odd way to describe it but I love how rocking this remix is. Truly the best rendition of Flash Man, no question.

Bubble Lead was also highly effective against him. ;)
In either case, Metal Blade and Bubble Lead demonstrate Newton's First Law of Motion against Flash Man, while Crash Bomber causes an explosion so fast that 1) it's hard (if not impossible) to stop once it gets going, and 2) can be hard to capture with flash photography.

Flash Man is weak to metal blade because his light armor can easily be shredded by metal man's blades.
Flash Man is also weak to crash bomber because if used strategically, the Crash Bomber can deal continuous damage to Flash Man, provided he uses Time Stopper in close proximity to the bomb as it explodes.

A more probable explanation for Metal Blade and Bubble Lead being weaknesses is Newton's First Law of Motion. That states that an object in motion tends to stay in motion.
As far as Crash Bomber, explosions are practically impossible to stop once they get going.

Also Flash Man stage is filled to the brim with blocks which can be destroyed with the Crash Bomber, so perhaps he shares the same vulnerability to explosions?
