This seems to me to an authentic video with a very positive message.Assuming this is true, thank you for this.
Need law to ban selling of pets to stop this problem.
Legislation is certainly part of the solution but not the whole fix. CA has some of the toughest laws in the country regarding sale of domestic animals and still euthanizes a LOT of dogs! But yes, backyard breeding needs to be stopped.
