Here it is rebuilding a Bentley in 10mins and the full cost of the build. What an expensive journey this has been, but a great one and what a car the Bentley has turned out to be. Not only rebuilt but modified aswell to look one of a kind.

Think about it under that wrap it has miss matched panels and mechanically he said it's got a cracked engine mount and a few other things it needs another at least £5k too sort that out proper that car would of been best broken for parts then you would of been able too buy another bentley completely fine but at least you have a Bentley with a bad history I would honestly be surprised past £15k for that considering I could buy one that's never been in an accident for £5k less

A good next project car would be a c63,rs3 or even a Range Rover sport !!

I don’t know anything about cars. Can someone explain to me how this car is not worth way more then 20k?
Because it is a highly expensive and exclusive car that mostly rich rich people buy, therefore most of the owners always want the newest version and therefore sell it quickly and no one else want it. Also it was crashed
Due to this the aftermarket for the car isn’t the best.
1. repairs and maintenance is very expensive.
2. It still being somewhat expensive for its age.
3. High insurance
4. Not many people know about it

Larry it’s not even 20k, you need to know how many hours he spent playing’working’ on the car and deduct those hours of money that would have been spent on other leisure activity.
Eg £20 per hour down the pub
@@Jack-bf6hv you can see that way, but he basically gets the labour payed by his TH-cam videos. and I think it pays more than 20 bucks per hour. without doing it he could not make yt videos and wouldn't earn this money at all

Fixin beat up, old 1500 quid S4 B5 with that shit 2.7 will cost more than building a bentley. Worst engine Audi ever made.

You spent so much because also you stuffed it with nice parts and little details etc but in the end you got a sick car that turns heads around. Seems like a Bentley "black demon" Continental GT.
Try to put it next to a "normal" continental GT and see what happens, everyone will be staring at your car. You saw it in Monaco in front of the Casino, yeah there were Rolls, Ferrari etc but people are used to it, it's just another super car. Yours however is a different story because it's personalized with good taste so people thought "oh wowwwww what Bentley is this"??!?!

Only recently subscribed because the Bent-leh project popped up on my home page. Wasn’t sure as Mat seemed a bit too much of a yoof for me......however I was very wrong, what a nice and down to earth bloke. Whilst the mods are not necessarily my thing I’m watching for the enthusiasm Mat has for cars. Having binged watched this series in one session I’m moving on to the Audi S5 next. Nice work. 👍

I think you should find an allegro in dull brown and make it to a track/hot rod car!!! - or find 2 smashed up super cars and do a cut and shut!! - well done for the project car looks really nice. You would be surprised if you had to sell it.

you on the hunt for a transporter .just picked 1 up this weekend resprayed in nardo grey 20 inch wheels in black good front leather seats in the back nothing was all stripped out to be rebuilt. but the guy lost interest and sold it to me . which also could be for sale very soon

Near 20K to buy, fix and modify the car. Cars are similar age are going 18-20k anyway. Without modifications you did. You probably won’t make a profit. Maybe TH-cam revenue will help boost your margin but if You did sell it or auction it the same way as the S5. Next owner Can’t really go wrong with this build. Should be proud. Passion over money. Anydaay.

Next build should be a e92 335i or a e92 M3. Such beautiful cars with a lot of potential!

Really well done on the rebuild. Can't say I'm a fan of the ugly matte wrap but I always say "if the driver likes it then that's all that really matters".
20k really isn't bad at all. That's about what we spent on my wife's subaru in 2014...our Porsche Cayenne S only cost us 8k and has only about 3k in repairs since 2015. It also really gives me extra peace of mind having gotten to know the car inside and out for those long trips. Subbie has eaten 3 CVTs and is about as boring to drive as it is to standing in line at the DMV.
Totally going to replace it with a Bentley after seeing your series.

Hello mat. Enjoy watching your videos, please keep up the good aspiring projects. After he asked what projects to look out for ! Had an idea as I used to have a Volvo 850 T5R. It would be nice to see one of those fully restored. I'm just going back to my old Volvo 850, I know it lays dormant in a garage that I haven't to see while working in the area after selling it. I wish I had the money and talents that you have to purchase that car back and do it up myself.
I'd really like too see a car not done before. ALL the suggestions below and above are cars that can be found done by other TH-camrs. TRY something different for example mk1 focus RS or an old escort rs turbo.

I was looking at bentley continental flying spur prices around me, you can get a pretty nice low mile one for $25k -$30k where I am. Just the concept they were $165k new makes me want one so bad.
Nice work on the Bentley, you did really well, great idea to take to Monaco. Next for me any Porsche, maybe a 987 Cayman to keep the purchase cost down.
