Nat Mickan i find that It is easier to maneuver the ball so there is not too much power as you gain strength as you get older. two hands can be too much power and can feel awkward when shooting

I play Basketball and Netball . In Netball I play GS GA WA WD GD GK and when I play GS or GA I use a mixed technique of Netball and Basketball

As a basketball player i find this so weird. Is there rules against having a ball released at a lower set point? if not then I feel like that would be more controllable and effective and also quicker.
