I can learn more from videos than my actual team and coach. I still haven't found any proper position that I should play in. All I know is my skills for attacking and defending need work and I can only do that on training days as I have no one to work with to teach me and no ball to work with shooting. Communication with my team is also hard cause they all have experience and friends to ask for help while I'm just the outcast.

I am strong at defense, but whenever I get the ball and pass to my players. I lack at attacking, I am wondering do I pass to the closest person then run-up and take the ball but have to find another person to pass to but have trouble. Or the farthest and try to take the ball but could be late and not get there on time? Also when attacking do you run in a straight line or move around while running???

I'm the opposite, everytime I go into defence, get distracted for half a second, and they are down the other side of the court.
