I own an Airstream international serenity, 30 foot 2011 that has lived in upper NY winters its entire life. The most significant problem I had was corrosion around the running lights. From my readings and videos the best I could do was to arrest the filiform corrosion with CorrosionX. I wanted a better appearance so I hired an auto body paint specialist to come over and take a look. He had done work for me previously detailing and touching up a silver Mercedes-Benz so that’s what gave me the idea. He cleaned out the corrosion, color matched spray painted the areas, clear coated and then installed new factory running lights all the way around. Five years later, you can see the repair only if you know where to look. No other significant problems. I intend to retire in this airstream and eventually sell my house
I have a 2023 Classic that the door isn't square. Airstream finally agreed and I took it to Jackson Center a couple of weeks ago and the said they squared it up. My screen door with the door closed looked nice and square when I left Jackson Center. After driving 8 hours on the first leg of our trip I was a bit shocked to see it was right back where it was when I took it in to them.
