    Gotta love Anna and the girls! They make you feel motivated without pretending the workout is easy breezy. They feel it with you and are still upbeat from beginning to end!

      Cheers for this, I've been looking for "best home total body workout" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Zanabriel Workout Weevilled - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got amazing success with it.

    LOVE all of Ana’s workouts. She has the best and most supportive attitude. Makes all the difference for me. Anyone have a hard time getting up from the backwards burpie???? LOL! I had to use my hands. Amazingly workout.

    You ladies are amazing! I'm stuck at a hotel for two weeks (the gym is horrible... I need to do better homework next time) so I started looking for a youtube workout. I love the way y'all talk to each other. It makes me feel like I'm working out with friends and not watching a fitness video in my hotel room. :) Thank you!!!!

    I just did your workout for the first time because my complex gym closes at 10pm, so I got home after a long day and still wanted that amazing workout...I went on youtube and searched 30 minute full body workout no equipment and there you were.     I love this video. I so appreciate that Anna emphasizes getting stronger not skinnier and that each time you do this workout you can do each move better not trying to fit a smaller size. Thanks for the motivation and healthy outlook!

    I love Anna. Wish she would be the lead on all the 30 minute work outs. I love her personality, she's upbeat and she feels your pain. Oh and she acts like a real person. Which 99% of trainers act like robots

    Just a brief question, have you ever thought of adding a level of workout into the subscription? I sometimes start doing something and realize I cannot go further than 10 minutes cause it's reeeeally burning, and sometimes I feel not enough of workout after 30 minutes :)

    I did the first round, and I thought this was easy! I was wrong though... I couldn't fathom those downward dog push ups and now I am dripping with sweat! Great work out! x

    It is great cardio but a bit repetitive. I like more variations in movements but after a long time I was able to do it twice yay.
