Thank you for showing your stomach and the struggle of fitting in your clothes. I’m typically very skinny/flat stomach but my endometriosis has been so bad lately, I can’t wear hardly any of my pants and my stomach looks like I’m 5 months pregnant. I even get people congratulating me….it’s nice seeing other women struggle with their bodies and even laugh about it. Helps me not feel so insecure about mine and maybe I should make light of it.
Don’t have anything to comment just chose to leave some world of encouragement to You Dalilah. Your content is worth watching even a simple decluttering video is rich. may God keep blessing you and your family. ❤❤❤
Lovely video and great edit! Also a side point but I absolutely love your neutral attitude to your body changing, such a healthy and kind approach to model! Fab!
You have the cutest clothes ❤ I also store artwork in binders with clear sleeves for art. I love being able to quickly and easily flip through it! However if it’s just a worksheet or something, I’ll hole punch it and put it in the binder. That helps keep the cost down on the clear sleeves 😊
This was so satisfying to watch! I need to do the same, I'm 6 months post partum and finally feel a little bit like myself again. This video gave me the motivation I needed to tackle my closet
Had to look up if homely had multiple meanings (because where I'm from it means unattractive 😝) and I was sure that wasn't what you meant. Learned a new use of the word!
Ahhhh, closet clean out is what i desperately need to do. It's on my first list to do once homeschooling is done. (We still do classes 2 day's a week throughout the summer months) This past year i decided no more jeans, I have always hated them, extremely uncomfortable for me, and I've decided not to wear leggings outside of my home. I'm more comfortable in dresses and skirts. Major haul soon and I shall make someone happy. ❤❤❤ Love your motivation. It's definitely contagious. ❤
Yes, I love that skirt one! I typically just wear a pair of quick-dry athletic shorts (not feminine) or a sarong (not so modest if it gets wet 👀), but neither have really fit the bill for modest yet pretty swimwear.
love this! you're motivating me to clean out my closet-- I feel exactly the same about dresses vs. pants, too. I have nothing against paints, I just feel best right now (just had my 4th baby in 5 years) in dresses. I do think it's good to speak this because people have made assumptions about me that just aren't accurate.
I also just had my fourth baby in five years and am only comfortable in dresses haha! I could've written this comment! I will say, dresses make me feel very feminine so it's a win
You look beautiful! Love your pretty hair down!😊❤ Closets are a beast of burden. I used to clean mine every 6 months, then I had kids! Big mess. Just taking it one shelf, one box at a time! Looks great!
I did a partial closet clean out at the weekend. I just removed the things I no longer wear and put them into a storage bin because I struggle to let them leave
I definitely need to do a closet clean out as well, but I'm in my first trimester with my 4th child, so I'm sitting in my living room instead of forcing myself to push through the nausea and lethargy just to be "productive". I'll get around to it eventually 😅
I'm pregnant with my 4th in 4 years and I'm staring at a cost full of post partum clothes that I have rarely, if ever, worn. I can't wait to go take them out.
I think you look amazing after having your 4th baby! I’m pregnant with my 5th now so speaking from experience I cannot recommend nourish move love’s postpartum work out calendar. It’s free she has a youtube channel and it has healed my DR after 3+ babies. 💞
I grew up a jeans and t-shirt person. I always think about wearing more feminine things. I have more feminine things in my closet. But I struggle to feel confident. If I am being honest, I am not confident in jeans and a T-shirt. I just feel less visible. It's probably mostly a me thing I need to work on.
Hi Delilah ! I was going to ask you. Have you gone through postpartum hair loss before ? . Cause I need advice and I feel like I trust and would love your advice! Sending hugs 🤗 thanks
How does diastases recti affect how big your stomach is? This might be a silly question, but after fourth child I’m also feeling like I have alot to loose off my tummy, but this is the first time I’ve heard about it being muscle related rather than just fat put on.
It allows your organs to push through a bit more and gives the appearance of a bigger tummy. You'll be able to tell if you have it if you lay down and flex your abs then feel around your belly button. If the gap feels wider than an inch or so then I would think about seeing a physical therapist who will be able to recommend exercises that are safe to try to fix it. It's more than just a cosmetic issue, diastasis recti can make you more prone to injury and can cause bladder incontinence
How long should I wait to do this postpartum? I lost 32 pounds 2 weeks postpartum, which is INSANE. But now that last 10 pounds is stubborn. I just hit 6 weeks. Should I wait a few more months before getting rid of stuff?
You are still post partum, you gave birth really recently. I would definitely wait awhile before sorting clothes because your body is still healing and changing. Also don't be too hard on yourself about those ten pounds- you just had a baby. Poof going back to what you were right after giving birth isn't common.
My last ten pounds FELL off at the year mark so unless you really dislike some clothes or realize they don’t fit your lifestyle going forward I’d wait awhile.
You are so pretty! I’m sure not loosing the baby weight has been hard but I think you look amazing mama!! You’re doing so so good! Proud of you for being vulnerable and posting all of this! Also, I always still see you as Mennonite hahaha so hearing Lingerie I was like Heyyy! Go Delilah! 🤣
@@annaoconnor19 I am pretty sure! They used to talk about it more. I am not sure if it was just her husband or her too but I’m pretty sure they both were! Would be a good Q&A question!

I can always rely on Delilah to help kick me into gear for Spring cleaning! Thanks for another great video ☺🤍
I know!! Right?!!
The Term Dust Bunnies sound so cute! In Germany we say "Wollmäuse" which translates to wool mice :)
👍👏
haha we say "porcica" in Hungary, it translates to "dust kitten". so funny how we call them as different animals! bunnies, mice, kittens 😁

@@UnfrozenCavewoman I think it’s sadly so (refreshing) but unusual it stood out to me!

Okay but your hair has been looking so nice lately and you look so healthy & beautiful too!!! How are you getting such nice curls?! Love it

I’ve been needing to do a closet deep clean too, I really want to get that done before baby #3 comes 9 weeks left!! This was a huge motivation!! 🥰
I love these types of videos! Thanks for the authenticity, Delilah! 💛
my cousin is the owner of geode swimwear & i love seeing other people love her suits!! they are the best:)
Love the realness of that try on!
Such a good reminder to go through clothes!
Can't wait to do my Spring cleaning/cleanOUT! Feels so good when it's done!

@@brianamartin5303 Exactly! Someone asked me recently on Instagram if I am convicted to wear dresses, I just say "girl, it's not that deep." LOL!
You have done a fine job organizing your closet and clothes drawers and you look fantastic in your sleeveless tops and shorts.
Loved the video but i adore the blue skirt you wore. Were they thrifted or can you link where you got it from?
Your closet looks so much better decluttered now! Great job!!!!
I’m 14 weeks pregnant with my second and I’m honestly looking forward to a good clean out after I have this little one
Haven't watched you for so long. No idea why. I've been here since Theodores pregnancy. Finally have a little girl of my own ❤
Also this is a prefect video for today. I’m going through all of my clothes and switching my husbands and my dresses.
would love to see a video on your lovely dresses!
Me too!❤️
Well I needed that motivation to work on mine! Just a few weeks until summer break and it’s going on the to do list!
Hi Delilah I just wanted to ask you what you do to help you get back into your older clothes? After having my baby I’ve struggled to do that.
Thanks for the motivation, Delilah !!

Beautiful colour palette ❤️ I have to do the same with my wardrobe
I was contemplating the same task yesterday but decided to tackle the bathroom instead. I guess this is the sign to do it after all. xp
The second pair of linen shorts was sooo cute!!! Sad you donated them 🥲
Love your videos❤
love it!!
What do you plan to do for your diastasis recti?
Ok my question though is how do you keep your legs warm in the winter wearing skirts all the time? Tights?
Hi! do you ever sell your stuff on poshmark or other apps? your clothes are just so cute!
Do you know where I can get long modest nursing friendly dresses on a budget?
Love that cordless floor vacuum! Do you have a link?

We don’t put our dirty laundry basket on the closet area. Because the germs, the smell or the bacteria might spread on the clean clothes.
