The only reason airtel is still fighting against the beast jio because they were more trustable to the users if u can anyhow rebuild the trust it will help in a long run as jio has more money power , airtel should build its zone in middle classed people with little less money but at great service
We agree. Their brand and trust create the difference for them. Regarding the middle class segment - this might be a bit tough for them as this involves long-term investments at the cost of current profit margins.
VI is the best, but due to its huge liabilities, they're not able to improve the service.
