shhhhh i’ve been using this plugin for years man 💀 pro-tip: turn the knob all the way to wet, export just that vocal into edison and use alt+t to adjust the formant so it sounds more like the singers voice and then stack it on top of the original vocal

have you tried this with the pitchproof set an octave higher than your vocal? I'm trying to stack a main vocal with an octave vocal of same melody but its hard af to sing higher octaves

Used this for lead guitar harmonies for ages. Never thought about trying it for vocals. Great idea lol
Cool plugin, adds a cool effect if you're looking for it but I'd recommend just recording those harmonies. It would sound much better, this is good for a rough draft or idea though. But I guess if you like how it sounds then it could be used as an artistic touch

Sorry about the quality, I need to adjust the render settings when exporting my videos. Whenever it exports the video it shows it’s in HD but when it hits TH-cam it limits it to 480p.

@@luckybyte There's a trick I often use for harmonies/doubles if I only have one take. I link the phase knob in a stereo shaper plugin (acting on the vocal double) to a formula controller set to smooth randomness. Pseudo-stereo.

Do you think creating a send then panning it to one side for one harmony and other side for a different harmony would sound good?
Or just find one good harmony and use a doubler to pan that send, or just keep harmony centered?

this is a dope find. like another comment said its great for a rough draft ideas though. i wouldn't throw this directly on vocal effects prob bus it or record it 100% wet with Edison then reapply effects to fit it better into the mix
