    My favorite self-coaching tool is to ask myself, "what's underneath?" or "where does this come/stem from?" That leads me to some pretty powerful, profound & wonderful realizations and awareness. This video is great. I love the moderated way Marisa always presents herself. It's so refreshing & easy to follow along with. Thanks Ajit!!

    My favorite self- coaching tool is Inquiry. Asking first, Is it Real or have I made up a story? If it is real, then asking myself, how would someone else (best friend, adult child) deal with this issue, or how would i deal with this issue if I were at a different point in my life, rebellious teen, on my deathbed, etc.?

    I love this...I came across a vido of her a few days ago and already I can feel change within myself. For me its repeatation I will always be looking at one of her videos, even if I saw it already.
    I remind myself that my thoughts form a picture and my mind takes me to experience that picture. So only good and positive thoughts will do..I am teaching my 14 year old daughter. That is the best gift I can ever give her.

    I've used the "I love it" affirmation and by the end I feel like I've been having fun.
    However, this time I need to make the unknown known.
    It's great to reactivate, regenerate, remanifest. Curious fact I'm playing with my niece and she started screaming that we were going to regenerate.

    Really liked this. I've taken myself thru the same coaching I would give my client- worksheets, techniques. It worked okay, but I'm going to audio record it the next time so I can pick up on changes that could be made to enhance the experience. I'm also going to introduce myself to the tools learned here. It should be interesting.

    thank you for being so generous and sharing all this wonderful videos. It is GREAT! I really like the idea about "lie, cheat and steal". However, wondering if it is "ethical". How else might you reframe this 3 ideas?

    • @mindvalleycoach
      @mindvalleycoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Mounyee! Why do you believe it's "unethical"? Remember this is a technique to do on yourself, telling your mind "the opposite" ("lying") to change perspectives and reframe it. You can also change the wording if that works for you, it's the outcome that's important. We suggest checking the clip again with Marisa's example to understand it better :)

    • @mounyeelim929
      @mounyeelim929 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@mindvalleycoach I am just being cheeky, that's why I put "". I said it is "unethical" simply because lying is considered as "bad" in most circumstances and as a coach, we want to promote beneficence and good.

    • @mindvalleycoach
      @mindvalleycoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mounyeelim929 We got you :) In that case, you can change the concept using your own wording if these don't resonate with you. This is Marisa Peer's technique ;)

    Excellent brilliant video, I agree with everything but the interpretation of the beliefs I am not with these explanations, the energy is not the cause perhaps it is something like Pygmalion's consequence but anyway I took a lot of useful information that able to apply Thank you.

    what was TOOL #4?

    • @mindvalleycoach
      @mindvalleycoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question! Tool #4 is to practice affirmations. Saying affirmations such as "I must make this familiar" and "I am making this familiar." Affirmations and mantras are a great way of programming your mind. Thanks for asking :)

    Could it be lazyness from stoping me to achieve something,sabotaging me? Can Marissa talk about that issue,how to overcome lazyness and what is going on in the mind in order to sabotage yourself with that feeling?

    • @mindvalleycoach
      @mindvalleycoach  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question, Sonja! Laziness and procrastination are definitely some of the most common roadblocks most people face for achieving something. However, according to Marisa, what's stopping you will fall into one of the 3 buckets: "I'm not good enough," "It's not available for me," or "I'm different." We would invite you to re-watch the first clip (minutes 02:00 to 05:00) of Marisa's interview and identify which of these buckets could be the underlying reason behind your laziness. When you have that clear, it'll be easier to self-coach or get support in re-programming your mind to overcome it. We hope this helps! Thanks for sharing and we're rooting for you :)
