What impacted me most was trusting my instincts. I believe we are taught to trust the process, the formula, the numbers, and the blue print more than we are taught to trust ourselves. Thank you for the wisdom.

"Business it's just another thing you can do with your time, it doesn't need to be heavy and serious" this is my key insight. Thanks Ajit and staff, brilliant conversation!

But if you haven’t had a single paying client yet, how can you fall in love with coaching? I guess fall in love with just coaching, whether I’m paid or not….? Fall in love with the work and not the business?

My take away: Enjoy life, for it is in the enjoyment that success is cultivated.

“The thing worth replicating is the aliveness in the moment” - wow, this is everything. I also loved reconsidering how powerful the simple act of pursuing what feels good can be. Abraham Hicks talks a lot about this: the idea of moving through life and pursuing our projects in a downstream direction, as opposed to trying to get somewhere by fighting the current and by paddling up stream. It’s so much easier and more enjoyable for all parties involved when we stay with the flow, when we follow what feels aligned with our hearts. Thank you so much for this wonderful interview!

For someone new to Coaching, just like me, this was very inspiring and encouraging. You can never have a 100% ready-made plan that you need to follow - Learn As You Go...If you want to be a Coach, Start Coaching - Just Get Into The Game. Wow, these were great insights from Michael led by the great questions from Ajit. Thank you Michael and Ajit...

The key insight I got from this conversation is that I can slow down and see what exactly I want.

you know how Michael looks, and sounds, so Clean? well that's the way I feel after watching, listening to him NOW THAT I have completed both an initial training and some coaching, as well... Clean, because what I hear from him has reminded me to let go of the worryworryWorry "advice" about coaching (or anything else, for that matter) that clutters up the game I simply enjoy and have chosen to play... the game that fulfills me in the playing of it. Takeaway: "there is a knowing in each of us"; trust my genuine interest and insights born out of interest in other people and in life itself... or, in short "do shit". It's how I have always photographed, since I first fell in love with making images. Of Course. Thank You, Ajit; Thank you, Michael.

Amazing content! Great questions, and great insights! I loved the sentence ""The universe if much more kinder than we think and actually responds to love." IF we love what we do and we trust our intuition we are receptive to manifesting our purpose. Beautiful conversation!

Transformational indeed, sometimes we overcomplicate everything. I love all his responses. He encourages us to just do, live, be in the zone and enjoy! Love it!

This was the key for me: People are drawn to aliveness, freshness, authenticity, and love. - That’s what draws people to you. The spark! We underestimate that. We try to copy the form and miss our own power. I always thought I was a great salesperson. What I realized is that I have a passion, a fire, and an aliveness in my heart when I am selling or doing something I love. That is why I am a good salesperson. It's not what I sold or did, it can be about anything that lights me up. THIS WAS HUGE! Thank you, Ajit and Michael!
