Usyk's navel was right by the upper line of the shorts therefore every hit that is positioned more under the pant upperline than above it is in fact a low blow.

That fight is not happening! Why do people not understand boxing? Bunch of casuals. Filip hrgovic is next in line and the IBF has ordered the fight and hrgovic and his team have said they will not be stepping aside. If usyk refuses to fight hrgovic he will he stripped of the IBF belt and the fury vs usyk fight will no longer be for undisputed cause the belts will be split between 3 fighters again. I'd argue he was cheated INTO the title shot in the first place, having not beaten a single fellow contender along the way (and the last person he beat was in very sketchy fashion). The ref called it, not Usyk so he took his time. If he had called it a knock down Usyk would of got to his feet more quickly and the result would have been the same.

Well, according to the rules everything below the belly button is a low blow. Considering that Usyk usually puts his trunks pretty low (just compare them to Dubois') his belly button should be somewhere around the top of his belt, and if this footage is correct then this is clearly a low blow. What I saw live was the punch landing on the middle of Usyk's belt and that could also be considered low but then it raises the question, well, what if Usyk's trunks were pulled up just enough for the shot to be legal.
Punch also made his trunks to up a little bit.
The punch was an upper cut and it hit his cup before planting itself at the bottom of the belt line. It could have landed on his chest and still be illegal because it swung up and made contact with his cup.

In the pic @ 48 seconds this is where the punch ended up which is still low it connected 3" lower as it was an upper cut. There is a ref in the ring whose decision is final and had the closest view. In a video yesterday DDD says "By any means necessary" he obviously meant it.

1. The top indentation of Usyk's naval passage is visible. 2. The point of impact from a rising trajectory punch, is marginally below the naval passage (the imaginary horizontal line) and thus, in accordance with the official ABC rules of boxing, ILLGAL! 3. If the referee had immediately initiated a count to signal a legal knockdown, Usyk would not have remained on the canvas and would have attempted to recover and rise to his feet. But the refeer did not hesitate and verbally decreed to the judges that it was a low blow. Hence, Usyk was under no mental or physical pressure to rise, knowing he had the legal right to rest and recover for 5 minutes.
UK HW boxing is trash, they try to make Dubois a winner when he is a clear loser. Usyk dominated him,. Dubois is simply a bad boxer with slow feet.
If the ref had not ruled it a low blow, Usyk would have continued to fight, sure it bought him time, but if it had not he would have resumed the fight and ultimately won the fight.
That's all they got one hit wonder, but why can't he repeat it? And got outclassed
