    You made mention of 16-bit frequency separation. My question is this; when exporting your files from CAPTURE ONE, it must be in 16bit right?

      Yes in 16 bit so you can retain your colors

      You can only see that if your TH-cam quality is 1080p
      Wet : 24
      Load: 23
      Mix: 23
      Flow:19, like he said, the flow isn't fix
