damn you make it look very easy..... when i try to apply it on my photos it look like cartoon character after finish, my wife even told me is it human, hahahha .... anyways great tutorial.... its very helpfull,.. the best i've seen... explain very well
Great video, but why wouldn't you use the lasso tool, select the skin, then add gaussian blur then repaint the high key areas and of course blemish / wrinkle & eye touchup??
Your technique is very good, but, maybe, a little too much editing /plastic skin in the end ? Choice of music during time-lapse: simply fantastic ! Thanks for sharing man, interesting tutorial !
My thoughts too... that seems to be the main challenge of using frequency seperation or any retouching technique.. how do you fix imperfections but keep the shape of the face/light true to form and not go overboard. Challenging!

too much editing makes the subject look very plastic and fake. However thanks for sharing your techniques
