I am overwhelmingly frustrated with mine. Have had it less than 40 days. Got a paper jam and after two days still have this error code. No paper stuck, I’ve checked every nook and cranny and I am still getting the dreaded left side slam. Going to grab some right now to give it a try. If it works, I’ll be back to praise you. If it doesn’t, thank you for trying to help beautiful person!

Mine is doing the same thing bought it in November o my goodness. I tried the WD 40 didn't work for me either. If I ship it to a dealer the dealer said the price could range up to $400. Thanks for the video 😊
I’m sorry! Also check to make sure your ink like the think that goes back and forth idk what it’s called lol goes all the way to the right and left some people have clicked it back in and have fixed the issue that way!
Well, they will help you at EPSON, but you'll have to siphon out the sub ink first and make sure to run through some normal ink, so they don't know you converted it. Unfortunately I tried this hack, and it did not work for me. I was hoping it would work. Thanks anyway.

How did you reconnect the clear film mine came disconnected 😢
Mine works great with the 8x10 paper but won’t work with the larger paper .. I’ve used it three times and ready to throw it in the trash!!!
