The 11th generation turbo is bigger, and the cylinder head flows more overall. I see a greater power gains on lower boost than the 10th gen. which is an indication of better flow on the cylinder head intake ports and exhaust flow. I did one that was completely stock on 93 octane and I made 235 wheel hp. The clutch started to slip at 245 torque. The hondata base map made 189 at the wheels. That’s 45 wheel hp gain on a bone stock 11th Gen. SI. 225-228 wheel hp is easy to do but to get that extra last 6-8 hp was a fair amount of extra work
Not surprised, the 11th gen L15C has a bigger turbine wheel and I think the housing as well while also having exhaust side vtec which helps flow more exhaust gas through the turbine housing
@@g0d182 no one is talking about the type r here. We are comparing both 10th and 11th si, the 11th si has a larger turbine wheel and housing which makes it better up top.
