DAMON!!!!! We were doing exactly the same down this way ... in our case though he lost his voice and I said it was probably due to screaming at the Manchester game. Sure enough the next day there were pictures of him here at a local pub the night before screaming his head off! hahahahahaha
I know that neither Noel or Liam are “old” exactly but I’m still impressed that they are doing vocally demanding songs like “Don’t Look Back” and “Roll It Over” in the original keys.
and thats why people love noel....he's just a bloke and he makes mistakes ....but he's also one of the finest song writers this country as ever had ,,,so he can do what he likes i think..x

And, that makes me think: WTF, it’s always LA! Does September 29, 1994 ring a bell?
Good attitude laugh to your mistakes. I have done it in my guitar playing over 40years. But if you play wrong note immediately play one halfstep up or down and you cover up your mistake😂. And you are in right key. Professional advice 😎.
While it appears like he forgot the solo, he did not: the highest strings are not in tune with the rest of the lower strings on the guitar, hence why the second chunk of the solo is out of key and wrong. His guitar tech probably screwed up or the guitar’s tuning pegs got banged around prior to performing the song.
So he fucked the lead guitar bit up but we’d rather see him try to do it than not beacause that lead guitar solo means something to us when Noel plays it and it means nothing when he doesn’t and gem does. Sorry gem.
